We have a 2005 GMC Topkick crew cab with a GM Versa-Hauler Towing Body made by Monroe Truck Equipment.  We ordered it in September of 2004 and took delivery April 30, 2005. We purchased it from Fox Valley Truck Service INC.  Our sales person was Mark Arft marft@foxvalleytruck.com
