When I went out to get the
morning paper I see Jean had all the screen setting out for me to reinstall. So
after breakfast I headed out to get them back up. I also had to repair two of
the screen which takes a while to do. Cheri headed over to Wal-Mart this
morning to pick up some material to make two more mattress covers for Wyatt’s
Pack & Play. Brooke’s parents are moving to Mexico and will be about ten
minutes away from Darren and Brooke. They are going to buy a Pack & Play to
have at Brooke’s parents and need a mattress cover for the foam that they will
use for a mattress. A month or so ago we have been having a problem with our
bedroom TV. The picture goes in and out at different times and sometimes you
have hit the TV to even make it come on. So I had bought a new TV to replace it
when they were on sale. Well today I was feeling better and decided to check
the old one out and unplugged all the connections and reinstalled them. Well it
see to be working again and if continues to work I will return the new TV. I also
called the guy I was supposed to put the fan in for and he told me that he had
someone else doing the job. I was supposed to have done it over a month ago but
being sick I just could do it. So could understand why he got someone else to
do it. Well a couple of hours later he called me back and said that he wants me
to come and do the work. So this afternoon I went over as he said that he had
some additional work he want to have done and wanted to show me what it was. On
the way home I stopped at Lowe’s to pick up some of the things I needed and
will be starting the project tomorrow. Cheri also work on her painting project
and is just about done with it.

Once again I didn’t do my
morning walk. I seem to have more energy if I don’t walk. When I went out to
get the morning paper Jean was trying to remove the screens from her house
because she was having it power washed today. So I went over and removed them
and put them in her shed. I was going to power wash this morning but had
scheduled a visit with Mike and Kathy at 10:45 am. We hadn’t seen them for a
while and wanted to see how Kathy was doing. I also took my drone over so Mike
could check it out before we get together as he is going to teach me how to fly
mine. We got home at noon and after lunch I did go out and finished power
washing the driveway, happy to have that done. Cheri was busy doing her normal
Tuesday house work. This evening we got a video call from Darren and got to see
Wyatt and talk to him. Nice that Darren does this and that way Wyatt won’t
forget who we are. The rest of the evening was spent in front of the TV.

I wasn’t in the mood to
walk this morning, think I am starting to get lazy. Cheri and I had 9:00 am
dental appointments to have our teeth cleaned. After we were done with that we
headed over to Home Depot to see about renting a 12 foot ladder for the fan
project I have to do. Then we stopped to check on Larry and Denise’s house, all
was good there. Then a stop at Lowe’s to return some power washer parts I didn’t
need. Then a stop at Wal-Mart to pick up a few things we needed. Then a stop at
Rural King to buy another drone for a Christmas present for Darren. After
getting it home I don’t think I would be able to get it through security at the
airport as they would probably think the propellers could be used as a weapon.
So I guess I will return it. After lunch I didn’t feel like doing anything more
today. I did take a long nap which made me feel better. Cheri wasn’t in the
mood to do anything more so she joined me in the recliner and reading her book.
Late this afternoon we made a trip over to Walgreens to pick up a prescription for
Cheri to take before we go to Mexico. The evening was spent watching TV and
Dancing with the Stars.

Hard to believe another
month is gone. The good thing it means we have some cooler weather coming.
Still feeling really low on energy this morning so I didn’t do my morning walk.
Also received and e-mail from Grandma that she isn’t going to church this
morning. So it was going to be just Cheri and me. Well the closer it got to
leaving for church the worst I felt. So we didn’t go to church but felt better and
did go to Sunday school. I did have a hot spell in Sunday school but only lasted
a couple minutes. On the way home we stopped by Grandma’s to see how she was
doing. She had bumped her elbow on the cabinet and broke open the skin and had
trouble getting it to stop bleeding. But was ok when we were there. We also
stopped at Rural King as I saw that they had drones on sale and wanted to check
them out. Wanted something cheap to learn to fly. I spent the afternoon
watching the NASCAR race and Cheri spent it reading. Around 4:00 pm Jean came
over to see how I was doing and to visit for a while. After she left it was
time for our Sunday pizza and to settle in for an evening of TV.

I got up this morning with
no energy, not even enough to do my morning walk. After breakfast and coffee I
headed for the recliner to rest. I was wondering if it might be because of the
flu shot I got yesterday. The shot didn’t affect Cheri has she was busy all day
in her sewing room working on her latest painting project. Around 10:00 am I
felt like I really needed to go out and do some power washing on the driveway.
I was also able reach over to Jean’s to power washer the patio on her house.
With that done and about one third of our driveway done I had to quit as I was
too tired to do anymore. While I was doing the power washing Cheri made a trip
to Hobby Lobby to get some paints she needs for her project. After a shower to
get cleaned up and lunch I settled in to watch the Wisconsin Badgers football game.
They did win but had to work for it. We had left over lasagna for supper, think
it is always better the second day.
