Cheri
had a dentist appointment this morning to get her new crown fitted. Kathryn,
Bro, and I headed to Webster for the flea market. It is something that Kathryn
and Bro like to do when they come to see us. It has been a couple of years
since Cheri and I have been there. It was around 1:00 pm when we got home.
After a late lunch most of us had to have a nap as we were exhausted from the
flea market trip. This evening Bro and Kathryn took us out for Mexican at Poncho’s
villa in San Antonio. It was around 7:30 pm when we arrived back home. We
settled in to watch some TV shows we had recorded before calling it a night.
Thank you God for a blessed day with friends.

Kathryn
and Bro went over to visit with Grandma this morning to spend part of the day
with her visiting and playing cards. Cheri and I headed for church and Sunday
school. Pastor Randy was in Alaska on vacation so Pastor James was going to
deliver the message today but was very sick. So Pastor Mike our music pastor delivered
the message. It was all about how we need to trust God. In Sunday school we
have new lesson books and are now studying the book of Mark. It was near 1:00
pm when we got home. Kathryn and Bro came back around 3:00 pm. Cheri fixed us
pizza for supper and then it was time to settle in for some TV along with some
napping. Thank you God for another day with friends and learning more about
you.

At
7:15 am we took Bro and Kathryn to the Hole in One donut shop this morning for
breakfast. When we got back Kathryn and I went for a half hour walk around the
park. Later Cheri and Kathryn went out shopping and then brought Grandma back
to our place. Bro and I went out to the airport to watch the sky divers. We got
to watch some of them drag a foot across the water in the pond they have built.
I talked to a guy there and told me that there will be a competition on this
next weekend. I hope I get a chance to go out and watch them. Bro and I stopped
a Jersey Mike’s for our lunch and then a stop at Rural King and Harbor Freight.
It was around 3:00 pm when we got home. Then we all left at 4:15 to go to
Lakeland to have dinner at Harry’s which was really good. On the way back home
we dropped Grandma off at her place. We watch a little TV before calling it a
night. Thank you God for a blessed day.

Well
I tried to write February 29th, wrong year. Once again it being
Friday I have my accountability group breakfast and Bible study In Dade City at
6:30 am. Well today there were just two of us and still had a good bible study in
Hebrews chapter 8. Cheri was busy today with a haircut, laundry, grocery
shopping, and some additional work around the house. I had a 9:00 am appointment
to do some wall work where a wall had been opened up to do some plumbing work
behind the washing machine. I had to make a couple panels to cover the openings,
the second opening was in the bedroom closet. I also got things laid out for
the electrical job I will be doing Tuesday along with a trip to Lowe’s to
return a couple things and get some additional materials. We got a call from
Bro and Kathryn that they would be arriving around 5:30 pm. After they got here
we had a visit and then went out to Calver’s for supper. It was a late night of
visiting before calling it a night. Thank you God for a blessed day to have
friends come and spend time with us.

Hard to believe February
is about over. Having the shingles all month it will be a month that I won’t
forget. Cheri and I went out to the Breakfast Station this morning for
breakfast. It has been a long time since we have been there. When I got the
bill I remember why as it is pretty pricey. When we got home Cheri work on
laundry and getting the house in order for company coming tomorrow. I worked
outside cleaning up my work area as it was so bad I couldn’t even move around.
I also worked on the making a shelf for a Donna. I went over to her place to
check some measurement and found that she is in Wisconsin. When I got home I
got the call from the guy with the electrical problem. It took a lot of time to
trace down where the problem was. We put together a plan on how to do a rewire
to get around the bad wiring. I will be doing the rewire on Tuesday. It was
4:30 pm when I got home. I headed for the shower and Cheri started supper.
After supper we had time to rest a bit before Larry and Denise came over to
play Hand, Knee, and Foot. We each won a game so made for a nice evening with
everyone a winner, guess that means everyone was also a looser. With company
and sickness it has been hard for us to get together. Thank you God for great
friends and getting us through another day.
