I felt much better this
morning and not so tired. Cheri was busy with her Tuesday house work. She has
had a dull headache all day and not feeling like doing anything. I left early
so I could start work at 9:00 am. I power washed a screened in patio which hadn’t
been done for a few years. Plus I was power washing the house and was half done
when I took a break for lunch. After lunch I couldn’t get the power washer
started. I think I must have flooded it. So I did a repair on the patio screen
door and reattached the spray guard on the shower door. I quit work at 2:15 pm
so I could be home by 3:00 pm because I had gotten an e-mail from a person that
is interested in seeing the motorcycle and had told him it could be seen after
3:00 pm. Well no one showed up. I did get the truck unloaded and check out the
power washer and two pulls and it was running, glad it wasn’t any serious. I
also got the materials laid out that I need to take tomorrow. I received
another e-mail from a different person on the motorcycle and called him and he
is coming to see the bike Friday afternoon or Saturday forenoon. He is very
interested in it. It could have been a better day for Cheri and me but we got
through it with Gods help. Sometimes we forget that we have to trust God and he
will do the right thing.

I didn’t have a good night’s
sleep so very tired again today. But had a 9:00 am appointment today. It
started with removing a bathroom sink and vanity top. This is the same place I
worked at last week removing two sinks and vanity top. Shortly after I got the
vanity top removed. The granite guys came with the new granite tops. I had to remove
a piece of door molding so they could get the granite top in the master
bathroom. When they got done I went to work reinstalling the three sinks.
Because I had raised the master bathroom vanity I had to have all new supply
lines and some new drain parts which I had with me. I also had to do some wall
repair that got damaged putting in the granite top. I actually had a very good
day, with Gods help everything went smoothly. I made a stop on the way home at
a place where I have been doing some repair work getting the house ready to
sell. I talked to the owner and she gave me a list of things I still need to do
which will be my project for tomorrow. I got home at 3:30 pm which was nice.
Cheri took Grandma for her radiation treatment appointment and also had to see
the doctor which took longer. This afternoon Cheri worked in her sewing room,
she is working on making our queen sized bed spread trying to make it into a
king sized bed spread for our new king size bed. This evening we had a 7:00 pm
meeting with our Sunday school class setting up things for the rest of the year
on what we want and need to do. It was around 9:00 pm when we got home. I also
got the motorcycle advertised on Craigslist late this afternoon.

I think I over did it
yesterday as I am really tired today. It was an effort to get myself together
for church and Sunday school. Grandma did go to church with us today as we had
a guest speaker and there wouldn’t be any notes for her. By the time we got
home from Sunday school the NASCAR race had started, well the programing
started but the race was in a rain delay. So we switched to a different show
which Cheri watched and I napped. Later I went to the bedroom so I could watch
the race and Cheri could watch what she wanted. With the race rain delay it was
near 8:00 pm before it was over. Cheri fixed pizza for supper (our usual Sunday
evening meal). We got a video call from Darren and Brooke this evening and got
to see Wyatt, he seems to be growing up fast. Darren told us he has a new
client in Texas and some more things in the works. The rest of the evening was
watching shows we had recorded.

Cheri and I were both up
extra early this morning. We were at the Sunrise Eatery a little before 7:00 am
in fact we were the third group of people in. We were back home by 7:45 am
ready to face the rest of the day. Cheri did her Friday laundry and ironing
today. She also made chicken and dumplings for our supper. I worked outside on
washing and detailing the motorcycle. It is now ready for me to sell. Yep. I
have decide it is time for my motorcycle riding to come to an end. I have been
riding for 45 plus years. I am sure I will miss it but there comes a time when
we know it is time to quit. I have taken some pictures so I can advertise it on
Craigslist. I also got the new cover installed on the bike barn that was
damaged in the hurricane and hope to sell it with the motorcycle. I made a trip
to Lowes for some additional work materials and got the security lights that
they were out of that last time I was looking for them. The chicken and
dumplings that Cheri made for supper were excellent, been a while since we last
had them. We had a relaxing evening watching TV shows we had recorded. Thank
you God for a blessed day.

We were up early this
morning as we had an early appointment in Tampa. Denise went with us. It was
near noon went we got home. Cheri fixed us soup for lunch. We decided that we
were going to take the rest of the day off. So it was an afternoon and evening
of napping and watching TV. Cheri fixed leftover ribs and cucumber salad for
supper. It was nice to have the afternoon off and not having to do any work. I
think maybe we should have a few more of them. Thank you God for a great day.
