Gay Dec-9-07

After church we made a quick trip to Wal-Mart and Lowe’s to pick up some materials to use to clean our black water holding tank. We have been having some problems with it empting. We watched the Packers win, what a game. Dean and Betty picked us up at 5:30 pm and we headed over to the Richland Baptist Church just outside of Zephyrhills for their Walk through Bethlehem. They have created the streets of Bethlehem the day Jesus was born. Their Bethlehem was approximately one-third the size of Bethlehem during the time of Christ’s birth. Back then the village had approximately 300 people, and was located just south of Jerusalem. On our tour, we saw over 100 costumed cast members and many live animals. They had 21 different merchants selling their wears along with Wise Men and Joseph, Mary and baby Jesus in the manger. Everything was beautifully done. We felt like we’d stepped back in time.
