Sharp's Travels

We were on the road by 8:15 am. We did 433 miles today. If you check our map you can see we went right down through Chicago. We didn’t have any problems until we got on the Indiana I-94 toll road. There had been a bad accident and the flight for life helicopter was setting right in the middle of the road. So we were routed off the toll road for about a half a mile. Then we had to pay toll to get back on the toll road. We were backed up for 45 minutes waiting for cars and truck to go through the toll booth. There wasn’t any attendant and you had to use cash or credit card to get though. We arrived at Walnut Hills Campground in Durand MI around 6:00 pm. The campground is very nice and we didn’t have to unhook from the truck.
