After some house cleaning this morning we went shopping over to the Wire Grass Shops. We were looking at Nooks at Barnes and Nobles. Then we stopped by the church to drop of some goodies to be sent overseas to our guys in uniform for Christmas. When we got back in Zephyrhills we stopped for lunch at DQ. Cheri had a coupon for a two for one lunch, so burgers it was. Late this afternoon Michelle and Craig Hanson picked us up to go to Mount Dora to do the Christmas walk and see all the Christmas lights. The first thing we did was to have supper at Fiesta Grande Mexican Grill, pretty good food. They had the down town streets blocked off and all the stores were open for the evening. So we had nice stroll through town and down by the water to see all the Christmas lights. There was a large choir singing Christmas songs in the park and also a group of singers in one of the stores front window. There were also a group of drummers doing their thing at one of the intersections. We managed to do a few stores and Cheri was a very good shopper as she didn’t buy anything. It was a wonderful evening, thanks Michelle and Craig for taking us. I have uploaded some pictures of the lights.
