Gay May-14-12

It sure is nice to be settled in and able to see some new surroundings. It was 56 degrees this morning with a lot of sun and the high for the day was in the mid 70’s, perfect weather. It was nice to relax this morning and have our coffee and we take a morning walk around the campground. At 10:30 am we walked up to the ticket office to see about tickets and prices for some shows we are interested in seeing. The one show we are going to see for sure is Joseph. Mike and Pam picked us up at 11:30 and took us over to the College of the Ozarks. It is a small college where all the work is done by the students. It is a way for them to work their way through college and be debit free. We had a wonderful lunch there and walked around checking out some of the history of the college. Then we headed for the strip to do some shopping and to see the Feb 29th tornado damage. After shopping we went to see Bernadette a friend of Mike and Pam’s that came in from New Jersey. We visited for a while and then we all went out for supper at Panera bread. Then we dropped off Bernadette back at her place. Then Mike and Pam came back to our place to watch Dancing with the Stars. It was another wonderful day God made for us to be with friends and meeting new friends.
