I
had some people ask me why we rented a car to go to Titusville yesterday. I figured
that the truck gets 9 miles to the gallon and diesel at $4.20 per gallon. We
could rent a car and have a nicer ride for about the same price as taking the
truck. Yesterday we received the dash pod back from repair so that was my
project this morning, got done just before noon. Pam called this morning and
friends of theirs have a doll house that they have built for their granddaughter
that Pam wanted us to see. It was amazing, couldn’t believe all the work that
went into it. She said that she had over 2000 hours in building it. From there
the four of us headed to Tampa for afternoon tea at the Milk & Honey Tea
Room. What a neat place it was and we upgraded to High Tea. This is something I
have never done before and what a fun experience it was. On the way home we
stopped by a strip mall in Wesley Chapel where Pam and Cheri shopped. Mike and I
did some walking. We did go into Old Navy where I bought a shirt. When we got
back to Pam and Mikes, Pam want me to help her copy a CD. After some searching
on her computer I decided to take the CD home with me to copy it. The towel bar
on their shower door had come off and I had fixed it once before so I had taken
some things along to fix it again but didn’t have the right stuff to do the
job. Then it was time to play a game of Hand, Knee and Foot. I won’t tell you
who won the game but Mike and I were very happy after the game. When we got
home I told Cheri I forgot to bring the CD that Pam wanted copied, sorry Pam,
maybe I can pick it up tomorrow.
