Gay July-5-15

We picked up Grandma and
took her to church with us today. Pastor Randy’s message was from Romans 5:1-11,
How Saved Are You? It was an excellent message and brought out some points that
I hadn’t thought about before. Our Sunday school lesson was The Promised
Messiah from Zechariah 8:1-8; 9:9-12, a very interesting lesson. It seems like
we always go to ABC Pizza for lunch after Sunday school and today I just felt
like going somewhere else. So we ended up back in Zephyrhills at the Island
Breeze for lunch. It was nice and quiet and was able to enjoy our lunch more. After
lunch we dropped Grandma off and then home to change clothes and then up to see
Mel and Jan. They didn’t make it to church today as Mel had fallen again and
not stable on his feet. Their daughter Sheri is here from Pennsylvania to visit
for a few days, we wanted a chance to see her. They were trying to hook up
their DVD player and didn’t have the right cable to do it so I went back home
and got the HMDI cable they needed. I had just bought it at Radio Shack last
week and really didn’t need it, strange how things work out. I did get the DVR
player working for them. It was around 4:00 pm when we got home. I was looking
forward to watching the NASCAR race this evening but it was in a rain delay and
at 10:00 pm it was still raining so we called it a night and headed to bed.
