Greg and I left at 9:00 am for
Leesburg to visit the Farmall tractor museum. I had heard about it before but
had forgotten about it. When talking with Greg the other day he brought it up
and we decided we should go and see it. It is a wonderful museum and got to see
some of the same tractors we used on dad and mom’s farm. Along with all the
tractors they also had many other things that International made. Greg and I
stopped for a very late lunch at Burger King on the way home. Cheri and Sandy
went shopping here in town. Before they got done shopping the car showed on the
dash display that the battery was low in Cheri’s key fob. Cheri was worried
that the car would stop and she wouldn’t be able to drive it so they came home
and watched some movies on TV. When we got home Cheri was ready to fix us
supper before we went to Dade City for the car show. I told her we already eat
so she and Sandy had some of the leftovers from yesterday. But we did have
strawberry short cake with them. When we got to the car show some of the cars
were already leaving. Found out the show was from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm which was
new to me because we always went around 4 or 5 pm. So we missed a lot of the
cars. When we got home Greg and Sandy headed back to their camper and Cheri and
I tried to watch some TV, did more sleeping than watching.
