After I got back from my
walk this morning I asked Cheri if she want to go out for breakfast at Sunrise restaurant
and she said yes. So at 8:15 am we were on our way to the restaurant. After
breakfast we stopped by Larry and Denise house to check on it. Then I dropped
Cheri off at Hobby Lobby and I went for a haircut and then over to Grandma’s
because she was only getting about half of her TV channels. I called Bight
House and once again they reset her cable box and now has all the channels.
Cheri called and said that she had walked down to Beall’s so I picked her up
and we headed to Sam’s Club over in Wesley Chapel to get some air filters for
the furnace and barbeque ribs, no luck on the ribs. Our last stop was Wal-Mart
in Westley Chapel as it is much larger than the one here in Zephyrhills and has
more things. It was 3:00 pm when we got home. Cheri worked on church paper work
and I did some internet searching for the books I need to study for the drone
piolet certificate. I found some of the books and ordered them. Cheri fixed us
chip beef gravy over eggs on toast for supper. Then an evening of TV. This
evening we got an e-mail from Grandma and she said that all of TV channels are
gone. So tomorrow I will call Bright house again.

There wasn’t any time for
my morning walk or my accountability group as we were picking up Mike and Pam
at 8:00 am. Mike had an appointment at the Tampa hospital for a procedure and
had to be there at 9:00 am. Because Mike has a heart problem they weren’t sure
if he was going to have the procedure done. So there was a long meeting of the
doctors and finally decided to do it and use something different to put Mike
under that wouldn’t hurt his heart. So he was late getting the procedure done.
He was also slow coming out from the drug they used to put him under. Long
story short we finally was able to leave the hospital around 5:00 pm. Mike had
had anything to eat for a couple of days plus the rest of us for ready for
something to eat so we stopped at Olive Garden for soup and salad which was very
good. It was a long and stressful day for Mike and Pam, good that they are home
and able to rest and put the day behind them. Thank you God for helping all of
us through the day. I have posted the pictures of the tree trimming from
yesterday.

I had another good walk
this morning but seem to be more of an effort to get it done today. Cheri was
busy with laundry and house work before she disappeared in her sewing room. I
took Grandma for her lab appointment and then to the bank. I after I dropped
her off I headed over to Lowe’s to return a couple of LED light bulbs. After a
couple of days one of them started to smoke so need to return it for a
replacement. Then it was back to Grandma’s to see if I could find out what was
wrong with her TV. It was always working OK when I was there. I had another
small TV that I was setting up to find out if it was the TV or cable when the
problem started and now know it is a cable problem and not the TV. So when I got
home I called the cable company and they did a reset on her cable box. Now we
have to wait to see if that fixed the problem. It was noon when I got home and
the tree guys were here getting ready to trim our tree. I enjoyed watching them
work this afternoon and was fascinated how they got the ropes up into the tree
to tie off the limbs before they cut them so they wouldn’t hit the house. It was
near 6:30 pm when they left. They still have to come back tomorrow to haul away
all the wood. I did take some pictures and will post them tomorrow.

It was a little cooler
walking this morning and needed a long sleeved shirt. So far I have walked
every morning and feel better after the walk. Cheri spent the day in her sewing
room, still making Microwave Bowl Cozy’s. I
worked outside all day sorting through
all of my lumber and making a pile of odds and ends that Ron is going to haul
over to his place to put on his burn pile. It turned out to be an all day job
and didn’t get done until around 4:00 pm. I also took the car downtown through
the car wash. The tree guy stopped by this evening to let me know he will be
here tomorrow to do the tree trimming, something that should have been done
last year. I was really dirty from the outside work and felt much better after a
nice hot shower. Then it was time to join Cheri in the recliner to rest before
supper. We both had trouble staying awake to watch our TV shows we had recorded
so we headed to bed early to watch some more TV in bed.

Cheri was very busy today
and I was busy but not as much as Cheri. Cheri started the day getting her
Tuesday house work done. Then we made a trip to the grocery store to pick up a
few things she needed to make a meatball casserole for supper (a new recipe).
We have invited Mike & Pam and Ron & Sandy over for supper. So she was
busy this afternoon baking and getting things ready for supper. I worked
outside and got the shop cleaned up and also repaired screens on the neighbor’s
windows. I did some more internet searching on what materials I need to get my
pilot certificate to fly a drone legally. I did find out that the test is 60
questions of multiple answers and have two hours to complete it. I got a sample
of ten question on line and wasn’t able to answer any of them. So I have a lot
of study work ahead of me. I want to make sure I am well informed as the test
cost 160 dollars to take. I found a course on line that cost 200 dollars that
will teach me everything I need to know to pass the test. I am not sure this
old brain of mine is up to the task. Our friends arrived at 5:30 pm and had
good visit before supper. The meatball casserole was really good and everybody
liked it. We sat around the table after supper visiting, my favorite place to
sit and visit. We are so blessed to have wonderful friends, thank you God. We received
a video from Darren this evening showing Wyatt climbing the stairs to the loft
as he just turned 10 month old today. Darren will have to put up a gate at the
bottom of the stairs. He is a very active boy.

I got my walk in again
around 7:00 am. I do believe I feel better after the walk and a good hot
shower. I am not sure what all Cheri was doing today but she was busy doing it.
She started a new recipe with pork chops in the crockpot to have for supper. We
also spent our time in Bible study which we make a priority to do every
morning. I did some computer work and then went out to do some cleanup in the
shop. I worked until noon and Cheri had lunch ready for us. This afternoon was
spent watching the NASCAR race that had been rained out yesterday, another good
race. At 4:00 pm we went over to visit with Mike and Kathy. Kathy is having
some health problem and want to let them know we are here to help them. The pork
chops Cheri made for supper were very good and still have some for another
meal. This evening was Dancing with the Stars. I couldn’t stay awake and slept
through the last half. Judge Cheri was very unhappy with the results, she said
something very loud and woke me out of a sound sleep and scared me. I have to
agree with her and can’t figure out why Max and Heather were voted off. One
thing I do know is I am now wide awake, but time to call it a night.

I did get my walk in this
morning, wasn’t sure if I would be able to get it done and be on time for
church. Grandma didn’t go to church with us this morning. After church and
Sunday school we had lunch and a meeting to see about becoming members of the
church. We have been going to this church for at least two years and time to
become members. It was near 3:00 pm when we arrived back home. We called Darren
to see what needs to be done to their house before it goes up for sale. We plan
on going up on May 11 to do the things that the reality agent said should be
done. Then we settled in to watch the NASCAR race and found that it had been
rained out and will be run tomorrow. We just had some snacks for supper because
of the big lunch we had. It was another evening of TV watching shows that we
had recorded. Thank you God for bringing us closer to you. I have posted the
final pictures of the rocking motorcycle.

After I did the blog this
morning I headed out for a half hour walk around the park, something I am going
to try and do every day to get back in shape. Cheri spent some time in her
sewing room and also got all of the Easter decorations put away and now has
decorated for spring. This morning I went over to Grandma’s to fix her patio
door. It has been closing hard and I had to go to Lowe’s and get new rollers
for the door. It took a while got get the old rollers out and the new ones in.
After some adjusting on the rollers the door can now be opened and closed with
one finger. It was lunch time when I got home. This afternoon Cheri was busy in
the kitchen baking and making food to take for Sunday school tomorrow. I worked
on the rocking motorcycle and is now done. I will take some final pictures and
post them. We headed down to the Club house for supper has the manager put on
the supper for everyone to celebrate the opening of the newly remodeled Club
House. I would guess there were around two hundred people there. Offer free
food and they come out of the wood work for it. They also had music and dancing
after the meal. Cheri and I didn’t stay for the dancing, came home and settled
in for an evening of TV.

I was out of the house at
6:10 am heading to Dade City to have breakfast and study with my accountability
group. I got home around 8:00 am and got ready to leave for an appointment
Cheri and I had in Tampa. After the appointment we headed on down into Largo to
a drone shop that I found on the internet. What a wasted trip that was has the
address was back in a warehouse area, just a door with a sign that said Drones
Direct and along with a sign that said bail bondsman and the door was locked. On
the way back we stopped at a Burger King for a late lunch. When we got back to
Zephyrhills we stopped at Wal-Mart to pick up medicine and a few things for
Grandma. After all was said and done it was 4:00 pm when we got home. Then we
sat down and did paper work for Grandma which took a while. After all of this
it was time for supper and an evening of TV.

I headed out at 7:00 am
for a brisk walk of twenty minutes, something that I am going to try and do
more often trying to get back into a routine. Cheri was busy getting her
laundry started early this morning. After breakfast and coffee he had a hair appointment.
I spent extra time in Bible study trying to get ready for my Friday morning accountability
group. Other than that I didn’t feel like doing any work today, still tired
from the trip to Darren’s. Cheri was busy cleaning floors this afternoon and I
made sure to keep out of her way. When that was done she joined me in the
recliners. I also did more information gathering on the drones. Larry and
Denise came over this evening for cards which Larry and I won. They are leaving
in the morning to go back to Canada for the summer. They had a busy winter and
didn’t get to spend as much time together.

The last few days I have
had some neck pain and stiffening on the right side. It was bothering me more
this morning along with an unsettling of my stomach. After breakfast and coffee
Cheri gave me a Rolaid and did a good massage on my neck which helped make
things better. Cheri was also busy doing laundry from our trip. A little later
we stopped by Larry and Denise’s on our way to Wal-Mart. They are busy getting
things together for their trip back north as they are leaving Friday. They said
that they were going to Clear water for the Sugar Sand Festival and wanted to
know if we wanted to go. Cheri and had talked about wanting to go. So after our
Wal-Mart run and a quick lunch Larry and Denise along with Larry’s sister
picked us up at 1:00 pm. The sand sculptures were great and also enjoyed the
walk out pier 60 checking out all the vendors. It was around 5:30 pm when we
arrived back home. It was a wonderful day to spend with friends.

We were up at 5:00 am this
morning. Darren and Nikki were leaving at 6:15 am so he could drop Nikki off at
the train station as she can take the train right to the airport. Then he could
go on to work from there. Brooke and baby Wyatt left at 6:30 am. It was sad to
say our goodbyes but plan on being back in June. Cheri and I got the car packed
up and left at 8:50 am. We wait for some of the rush hour traffic to clear out.
But this morning traffic was pretty bad all the way out of the Atlanta area,
then it was clear sailing all the way to Ocala where it slowed down but did
move pretty well. We only made one stop on the way home for gas and a sandwich
at Subway. We arrived home at 4:00 pm. We got the car unpacked and things put
away and then was ready for the recliners. Cheri fixed us pizza for supper as
that was the only thing we had in the house and it was easy to do. We watched
some TV for a while before calling it a night. Thank you God for the safe
travels home.

I am happy that we weren’t
leaving today as I-75 was closed here in Atlanta from an accident of hazard
waste for most of the morning and then around noon I-20 was closed to a highway
pavement buckle caused by a gas leak. With both of these closers the traffic
was screwed up everywhere around Atlanta, glad we weren’t going anywhere today.
Wyatt has been on the fussy side today and seems to be running a fever this
morning but better this afternoon. Darren left for work around 7:30 am and
Brooke was able to work from home today. So that left ante Nikki and Grandma
Cheri to take care of Wyatt, which was fine with them. I took a long walk,
something I haven’t done in a long time and found out that I am really out of
shape. I guess when I get home I need to get back into a routine of walking. I
spent a lot of time on the internet still checking out the drones and now know
what I will be buying if I do decide to get one. This evening we watched
Dancing with the Stars and Judge Cheri was right once again on who got voted
off. She always tells me before the show starts.

We pray everyone had a
happy Easter and was able to spend it with friends and family. We were blessed
to be with friends and family this year. Darren and Nikki fixed us a breakfast
of scrambled eggs with bean dip and tortillas. At noon we left and went over to
Chris and Sheryl’s (Brooke’s mother and Dad) for a big Easter dinner. Chris
wasn’t able to be with us because he had to work. He got home around 4:00 pm so
we did get to spend some time visiting with him before we had to leave. When we
got home Nikki and Darren went to the grocery store to get the fixings to make
Darren’s chicken and broccoli Alfredo pasta. Darren has made it before and is
very good. We spent the evening watching some TV along with some ice cream.

Not much going on today.
Cheri and Nikki still enjoying the time with Wyatt. We all have gotten a lot of
laughs from the things he does. Darren and I went out to have his jeep washed.
While that was being done we walked down to Home Depot to check out vanities.
Darren wants to put in a new one in the master bath. We also stopped by the
cycle shop as Darren would like to get a trail bicycle some day and we had time
to kill while the jeep was getting washed. Then we took the jeep to the park to
take pictures of it. If they made the move to Mexico they will be selling their
vehicles and wanted the pictures for posting it for sale. When we got home
Brooke had taken Wyatt for an Easter egg hunt in their sub division. Brooke
said he did good and found three eggs. Late afternoon Darren and I made a
grocery run for a few thing to have leftovers for supper along with some ice
cream. We closed out the evening watching TV.

Wyatt was up early and
that met everybody else was too. Brooke left at 6:45 am has she had a half days
work to do. Darren was off today but still ended up doing work from home. Cheri
and Nikki spent the day taking care of Wyatt. We also watched a lot of Home and
Garden TV. I did a lot of internet searching on drones. Darren was talking to
me about them and has got me interested in them. It might be something that I
want to do but need to get more information on them and also go to a drone
store to get more information and questions answered. All drones have to be
registered with the government and if you are doing business you also have to be
certified which means passing a government test. Darren and Brooke had a date
night going to a concert in downtown Atlanta so ante Nikki and Grandma Cheri
were happy to take care of Wyatt. He is very active and getting into everything
he can find. He also take only two short naps during the day. He is very close
to walking as he pulls himself up on the coffee table and moves around it along
with pulling himself up on many other things. Being board I did repair and old
office chair that Darren plans on throwing away. Cheri like sitting in it when
she is here.

We were up a little before
5:00 am and on the road by 6:00 am heading for Roswell Ga to spend a few days
with Darren & Brooke and of course baby Wyatt as it has been a few months
since we last seen him. Nikki flew in from Wisconsin so we will get to see her
also. Traffic was somewhat heavy around Ocala and for the next hundred miles,
turned light until we got to Perry GA where we stopped for gas and bite to eat
and then heavy the rest of the way. We also had to go a different direction
because of the I-85 road closer which made the traffic worse. Although we did
make good time and arrived at 1:00 pm. Darren and Nikki had gone for groceries
so we went on in and made ourselves at home. About 20 minutes later Darren and
Nikki got home. We had a good visit and Cheri spent all of her time with Wyatt.
Later Darren and I went to Home Depot to get some sand to sprinkle on the lawn.
Brooke got home around 4:30 pm and had a good visit with her. Nikki made her famous
bean dip and Darren cooked up some brats to go along with the bean dip for
supper. Darren and Brooke broke the news to us that they are seriously thinking
of moving to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They are going at the end of the month to
check things out. It was a good day God made so we could spent time with
family.

Cheri was busy doing
laundry, packing, and baking for the potluck dinner here in the park. It will
be the first meal in the newly remolded Cub House. I worked on getting the
Matting on the rocking motorcycle base. I will have to do some trimming on it
before I can mount the motorcycle which will be done when we return from Darren
and Brooke’s. We are looking forward to seeing Wyatt, he is now nine months
old. I am sure we will see a big change from the last time we saw him. The
potluck at the Club House was good and had 138 people there. The Club House
looks amazing. Later this afternoon I took the car through the car wash, wanted
it to be nice and clean for our trip tomorrow. When I got home Cheri was
working in her sewing room. We left the house at 4:40 pm to meet Chip & Joy
and Dick & Linda for dinner at 5:00 pm at Sunrise restaurant. Chip and Joy
are leaving Sunday and heading back north for the summer. After dinner the six
of us headed to Dade City for 6:30 pm Wednesday night church service. Lots of
good music and a reenactment of the Lords Supper. We said our good byes and
wished everyone a happy Easter. When we got home we did some more packing and
called it a night.

Cheri and I left the house
at 8:30 am and went to the flea market. Cheri wanted to see about some jewelry at
a certain vendor but she wasn’t there. Next we headed to Wal-Mart to pick up
groceries and medicine for Grandma. I think that some of the snow birds have
left has Wal-Mart wasn’t as busy has it has been. I dropped Cheri off at home
and headed to Dade City. A church friend (Jerry) has bought a camping trailer
and wanted help getting the slide out to work. He wants to fix it up and resell
it. The roof had leaked and water got into the wall where the slide out switch
is and the wires where all corroded and damaged the switch plus one wire was
broken off the switch. I did get the slide out to work. After checking the
camper over I could see that it would cost more to fix it up than it is worth.
Jerry said you think I should just put a for sale sign on it and I said yes.
When I got home Cheri was busy in her sewing room and said that she really didn’t
feel like doing anything today. I did get some work done on the rocking
motorcycle. All that is left to do is some final touchup paint, put the matting
on the rocker base, and attach the motorcycle to it. I am posting some pictures
of it sitting on the rocking base.

Cheri was busy getting her
house work done this morning before we left for her 1:10 pm eye appointment. I
worked on the touch up painting of the rocking motorcycle. I made a mess on the
touch up of the chrome paint and had to do some sanding and need to get some
silver paint that I can use a bush with. We were on the road at 11:50 am
heading for Cheri’s eye appointment. We got in right on time and found that
Cheri will have to have eye drops every day as she had been on one every other
day and her eye wasn’t as good as before. We made a stop at Michele’s to get
the silver paint that I needed. It was around 3:30 pm when we arrived home and
both were tired so it was time for the recliners. This evening Larry and Denise
came over to play cards. We played two games of Hand, Knee, and Foot. There
were no bragging rights as we were all winners. After they left Cheri needed to
watch Dancing with the Stars. There was a problem with the network and missed
the first twenty minutes of the show. Judge Cheri was once again right on who
got voted off.

Grandma didn’t go to
church today as her knee is giving her a lot of pain and it was also on the
cold side for her to be out. Church and Sunday school were both good, always
come away being closer to God. On the way home we made a stop at Winn Dixie for
a few things and got our new rewards card. The points can be used for many
different things and at different stores. This afternoon it was NASCAR racing
for me. Cheri was busy doing some other things along with spending time on her
I-Pad. Later Larry and Denise stopped over to give us the money from the refrigerator
that they sold. Also made plans to play cards Monday night. It was pizza for
supper along with an evening of TV.

Cheri and I had a pretty quiet
day as we didn’t have to be anywhere today, seemed nice. We had a lazy morning of breakfast, coffee,
and Bible study. Then Cheri headed for her sewing room and I headed outside to
work on the rocking motorcycle. I did more painting and assembly and think a
couple more days and I might have it done. By 2:30 pm Cheri and I had done all
we wanted for the day. We headed for the recliner where I had a two hour nap
which I needed. I think Cheri also had a nap. The rest of the evening was spent
watching TV shows we had recorded. By the way it was cold this morning only 42
degrees but warmed up to be a nice day.

I headed out at 6:10 am to
meet my Accountably Group for breakfast and some Bible study. They have been a
big help in my process of learning more about God. Larry and I were supposed to
go for a motorcycle ride today but he notified me around 8:30 am that he was
sick and wouldn’t be going. It was just going to be me and him so I decided
that I would work on the rocking motorcycle. Cheri and Denise did go shopping
like they always do when Larry and I ride. Cheri was back home by 1:30 pm and
had bought a couple of tops and a new smaller crockpot that she has been
looking for. I had a good day painting and now have the main body of the
rocking motorcycle done. Time to start painting the front forks and do some of
the assembly. Cheri and I were invited over to Mike and Pam’s for dinner, Bible
study, and a game of cards. The dinner was really good and so was the Bible
study. The card game was only good for one person and that was Mike as he was
the winner. It was another wonderful day God made and we got to spend some of
it with friends.

Cheri and I were out the door
by 8:15 am and heading to church in Dade City. We were joining the Prime Timers
(old retired people) on a mystery bus tour. We had friends that went last year
and said that they had a good time. We had no idea where we were going and were
leaving the church at 9:00 am. It turned out there were 38 of us on the tour
which was headed up by Pastor Mike. We head north on all the back roads that I
have taken the motorcycle group on. I have been over these roads many times and
today I was surprised how much I had missed when leading the motorcycle group.
It was so nice to just sit back and enjoy all the country side and not worry
about the trip. We ended up on the west side of Brooksville having lunch at
Panera Breads. On the way back it was more back roads along with singing many
songs. It was 1:30 pm when we got home and decided to just relax the rest of
the day napping and watching TV. Thank you God for a wonderful day and meeting
new friends.

I had planned a motorcycle
ride for today but decided to cancel it do to the hot weather as it did get up
to 92 degrees today. Cheri was busy getting her Wednesday house work done so
she could spend time in her sewing room. She had been making some more Microwave Bowl Cozy’s. I did go outside early to do some work on the
rocking motorcycle. I made a couple small pieces I needed for the wheels and
then did some painting which turned out to be an all day job. I could only
paint a small portion and then had to wait for it to dry before doing more
painting. At 4:00 pm I decided I had done enough for the day.
Cheri was already in the recliner resting when I came in. So I joined her to
watch a TV show before she headed to the kitchen to make us supper. The rest of
the evening was spent watching shows we had recorded.

It is a hot humid day and
decided not to do any work outside today. I did some computer work and then
Bible study along with Cheri. We needed a few things from Wal-Mart so we headed
out. I dropped Cheri off at Wal-Mart while I made a quick stop at Lowe’s to
pick up some screws for the rocking motorcycle and a three way light bulb for
the living room. When I got back to Wal-Mart I had to call Cheri to find where
she was in the store. We got the things we needed and back home by noon. After
lunch I went up to Jan’s to clean out her rain gutters (remember I was the guy
that wasn’t going to do any work outside today). While I was gone Cheri worked
in her sewing room and made a batch of chocolate chip cookies. When I got home

headed for the recliners. Cheri fixed us a hamburger and chips along with a
couple of cookies for supper. We heard some thunder in the distance but no
rain. We were supposed to have some rain the last couple of days but didn’t get
any. It is so dry and everything is all brown. We spent a quite evening
watching TV shows we had recorded.

I think my neck felt a
little better this morning but still have a burning from the caterpillar. I did
put some different cream on it that did help to take some of the burning away.
Doctor Cheri check it and thought that it looked a little better and not as
puffy. It was already in the mid 70’s early this morning and going to be a hot
humid day. I took Grandma for her doctor’s appointment and didn’t get home
until noon. After lunch I did the monthly spraying in the house and also spraying
in the shop as I was having a problem with no-see-ums which were giving mw all
kinds of bites on my legs. I have been using mosquito repellent spray on my
legs to keep them from biting me. With the spraying project done I decided it
was too hot to do any work outside (think it was just an excuse because I am
Lazy). Cheri had worked all morning in her sewing room and she felt that she
had done enough for the day so we settled in to watch some TV late this
afternoon. I got a call from Ron and Sandy checking in to see how we were doing
and decide to go out for dinner at Cheddar’s over in Wesley Chapel. We picked
up Ron and Sandy at 5:00 pm. It was the first time for Cheri and I going to
Cheddar’s and was very good. After dinner we went back to Ron and Sandy’s to
visit and gave us an update on the cruise that they just got back from. It was
around 9:30 pm when we got home. Cheri said that it was time to watch Dancing
with the Stars that we had recorded. Judge Cheri was right again about who got
voted off.

Grandma went to church with
us today, been a few weeks since she has gone. Pastor Randy’s message was a continuing
of the Armor of God and how we should pray. Sunday school lesson was on how
Jesus equipped the disciples with what they needed to spread Gods word. This
afternoon I settled in to watch the NASCAR race and Cheri went shopping. Cheri
fixed us pizza for supper and then it was an evening of TV. Cheri also started
doctoring my neck as Saturday when we were at Sleepy Hollow a caterpillar
dropped out of a tree onto my neck and now I have burning welts on my neck.

April fool’s day and no
one tried to pull an April fool’s trick on me and I was a good boy not pulling
any on anybody else. Cheri asked me what I was going to do today and said that
I didn’t know. She said how about we take a motorcycle ride to Sleepy Hollow (gathering
spot for motorcyclist) for to have their chicken barbeque. I was surprised as
Cheri hasn’t been on the bike for over a year as it is hard for her to ride
with her bad knee. I fired off an e-mail to Larry and Denise to see if they
wanted to go and got a reply back saying they would go. We left their place at
11:00 am and made one stop on the way. What a great ride it was going up as it
was still on the cool side for a nice ride. It has been about three years since
we were last at Sleepy Hollow for a meal as it was closed for a couple of years
and didn’t think it would ever open again. We had a good meal and visit while
the music played. The ride home wasn’t as much fun as it was very hot and was happy
to get home. The trip was 122 miles and got home at 4:00 pm. We both took
showers as we were hot and sweaty. We had leftover spare ribs for supper and
then went back to Larry and Denise’s to play cards along with their neighbor’s
and Larry’s sister. We played two games of SOB which Larry one the first one
and I won the second one. We were tired from the ride and was back home a
little pass 9:00 pm. It was another full
day to spend with friends.

I was up early for my Accountability
Group meeting in Dade City at 6:30 am. We just got a new book to study:
Sleeping Giant by Kenny Luck. I was back home by 8:30 am. Cheri was just
finishing up her breakfast and already had laundry going and ready to finish
the rest of her Friday house work. I got myself cleaned up and ready to face
the rest of the day. I took Grandma for her eye appointment. She has been
having a lot of pain around her eyes and the doctor up her prednisone which
should take care of the problem. It was after 1:00 pm when I got home and was
ready for lunch. I wasn’t in the mood to do any work today and asked Cheri if
she had any place she wanted to go. She said that she would like to go to Jo-Ann
Fabrics and a stop at Sam’s Club to see if they had any baby back ribs. It didn’t
take long in Jo-Ann’s as Cheri knew what she wanted and also bought some fat
quarters. Then headed for Sam’s where we were able to get the ribs I wanted.
The traffic was so heavy coming home it took us almost an hour to get home
which normally would only take about 35 minutes. So we had ribs for supper
which was a real treat for me. It was a very good day, thank you God.
