We pray everyone had a happy Easter and was able to spend it with friends and family. We were blessed to be with friends and family this year. Darren and Nikki fixed us a breakfast of scrambled eggs with bean dip and tortillas. At noon we left and went over to Chris and Sheryl’s (Brooke’s mother and Dad) for a big Easter dinner. Chris wasn’t able to be with us because he had to work. He got home around 4:00 pm so we did get to spend some time visiting with him before we had to leave. When we got home Nikki and Darren went to the grocery store to get the fixings to make Darren’s chicken and broccoli Alfredo pasta. Darren has made it before and is very good. We spent the evening watching some TV along with some ice cream.
