Cheri
and I were at the Hole in One donut shop by 7:00 am. We had our normal
breakfast sandwich and cinnamon roll along with a double chocolate donut that
Cheri and I split. Yes we also had coffee. When we left the donut shop we
stopped at Harbor Freight for a few things I needed for work today but found
that they didn’t open until 8:00 am which met I would have to come back later.
Cheri spent most of her day in her sewing room back to working on a project
that she started some time ago. Later in the Day Jean came over to visit with
Cheri. By 9:00 am I was back to work on the bathroom project. I got shower base
fasten to the wall and then made a trip to Lowe’s to get some backer board for
the shower and a stop at Harbor Freight. I really didn’t feel all that good
today but keep at it and got the backer board installed. It was 5:00 pm when I
got home really tired and ready for a hot shower which made me feel better.
After supper we headed over to Larry and Denise’s for an evening of Hand, Knee,
and Foot which Denise and Cheri won both games. Win or lose it fun to be with
friends. Thank you God for guiding us through another day.

I
was out the door at 6:10 am headed to Dade City for my account accountability group
breakfast and Bible study. We finished the book of Hebrews today. Next week we
will be studying the first chapter of Ephesians. When I got home Cheri was busy
with laundry and ironing. I was back to work at 9:00 am on the shower project.
Today I set the shower base in place. The shower drain hole I drilled came
through on part of the floor joist. With some additional work I was able to get
by it. Then it was time to crawl under the house to install the shower drain.
Just enough room to slide under on my back to the center of the house. I had to
do this five different time before I was done. It was pretty much my day along
with a trip to Lowe’s for plumbing supplies. It was near 5:00 pm when I got
home. Cheri said that we were meeting Mike and Pam at Calver’s for supper at
5:45 pm. We sat there for two hours visiting, good to catch up with them. It
was around 7:45 pm when we got home. We watched a little TV before calling it a
night. Thank you God for a blessed day with work and friends.

Cheri
had a busy day with the laundry and taking back sandals and slippers that didn’t
fit Grandma and bought more for her and one pair of sandals did fit. She also
paid Grandma’s rent. Plus fixing us our lunch and supper. I started the new
project of installing a new shower in place of a bathtub. I got the demo done
and the new water lines run and the water turned back on. I started at 8:30 am
and didn’t get done until 5:30 pm. On the way home I checked out another job. I
will be putting new rollers in a patio door. We had leftover spare ribs and
corn along with potatoes and onions done in the microwave. It was a normal
evening of TV along with some popcorn for a snack. Thank you God for all the guidance
and helping us through another day.

Cheri
was busy with her Wednesday house work and also made some chocolate chip
cookies. I was supposed to start work on a new bathroom project this morning. But
she had someone coming to power wash her house and I needed to shut off the
water while removing the old bath tub. I do this so if I should damage the
water line while removing the tub I won’t have water all over. So we decided that
I would start tomorrow. Which was good for me as I was able to get back to the
sheetrock project and repairing the counter top and was able to finish the
project today. I also took the car and truck through the car wash. Plus I still
had time to get my haircut. So all in it was a very productive day. Cheri fixed
spare ribs and corn for supper along with some of the chocolate cookies for
dessert. The evening was spent watching TV along with some popcorn for me to
help keep me awake. Thank you God for a blessed day.

Cheri
had a dentist appointment this morning and then went to see Grandma as she had
to sign some papers. While she was there Grandma had a grocery list so Cheri
went and got her the groceries and did some shopping for some shoes for her.
She wasn’t happy with the shoes so Cheri will have to return them and see if
she can find something else. After all of that it was 1:00 pm before she got
home. I had an appointment at 9:30 am to take a customer to buy a new shower
base and surround that I will be installing this week. Then I got back to work
on the sheetrock project that I started over a week ago. I finally got that
project done and now they want me to repair the end of the counter where they
had removed a part of the counter. This afternoon I worked on cleaning out the
truck and getting my tools all back in the container and then loaded back into
the truck. Cheri and I took off what was left of the afternoon to rest and take
a nap. We had leftovers for supper and then an evening of TV. Thank you God for
helping us through another day.

Cheri
and Denise went shopping down in Lakeland today. Cheri took Denise out for
lunch to celebrate her birthday. Larry and I were back at work on the liana
project. I went to pick up some additional materials while Larry did some of
the metal bending on the metal break. He has become an expert on using it. I
could never have done this project without Larry’s help and design work. We
finished the project around 4:00 pm. I tried to take pictures when we got done
but too much light coming in the windows. Cheri fixed me some of her leftover
lunch of shrimp scampi which was excellent. Around 7:00 pm we went back to the
liana project to take some pictures, no sure if they turned out or not. We also
stopped at another place where I will be starting a new project of removing a
bathtub and installing a shower pan and surround. The rest of the evening was
spent watching the NASCAR race that I had recorded. Cheri read her novel while I
watched the race. Thank you God for all you have done for us guiding us through
another day.

It
was good to have a day off from work as I needed some time to rest up. Grandma
didn’t go to church with us today as she is a little under the weather. Pastor
Randy’s message today was on how we need to control our tongue, very good
message. In Sunday school we are studying in the book of Mark. This afternoon
we picked up Larry and Denise and went down in Tampa to the Home Show. Lots of
new stuff but not much I was interested in. I did check out on having our drive
way painted. After the Home Show we headed to Wesley Chapel to have dinner at
Outback Steak House. We all had steak and lobster with baked potatoes. We were celebrating
Denise’s birthday which is tomorrow. When we got back to Larry and Denise’s we
play a game of Hand, Knee, and Foot. Larry and I were the winners. It was 8:00
pm when we got home. We were both really tired and decided to go to bed and
watch some TV there. Thank you God for a blessed day with good friends.

Larry
and I were back at work on the liana project at 8:30 am. We had another good
day but didn’t get as far as we thought we would. Larry and I went to Calver’s for
lunch. After lunch we stopped at the house to get my fan as it was really hot
working inside the liana as the temp climb into the mid 80’s and was only 40
degrees when we started this morning. We quit for the day at 6:00 pm. We are
going to have to get a few more materials to finish the job. If all goes well
we should get done Monday. Cheri and Denise did some shopping here in
Zephyrhills today. While I showered Cheri made Clam Chowder for supper. This
evening Cheri and I had a concert to go to here in the park but when we got to
the Club House we found that the concert had been canceled. So it was back home
for an evening of TV. Thank you God for a blessed day. I did take some pictures
of work today but the ones I took inside didn’t come out as too much light
coming in through the windows.

Cheri
and Denise went shopping over in Wesley Chapel today. Cheri needed a few things
from Sam’s Club along with other shopping. Larry and I continued working on the
liana project. We had a good day and did make a couple of changes to the
project to make it better. It is one of those projects that you plan and build
at the same time. Because of some changes we had to get a few more materials.
We started at 8:30 am and didn’t stop until 6:00 pm. It was a perfect day not
too hot and a nice breeze for working. After my shower Cheri fixed us another
Ruben sandwich for supper. Thank you God for all the guidance today.

Larry
and I started work at 8:30 am and it was on the cool side this morning but did
warm up quick to be a very nice day with low humidity. Denise came over to work
on a quilt project that they started some time ago and never got back to it
because of all the other things that have been happening. Denise brought over a
large pizza to have for our lunch. Larry and I got the windows set in place so
we could build frames around them. This afternoon we went out to get some
additional materials and a metal break as we have a lot of metal that needs to
be bent. We quit work at 6:00 pm as my back was hurting, Larry want to work for
another hour but I couldn’t do it. We did have a good day and made some
progress on the project. After I took a long hot hour Cheri made us each a Ruben
sandwich from the leftover corn beef. It was another evening in front of the
TV, me not being able to stay awake has put us behind on the shows we watch.

Larry
and I started work at 9:00 am on a liana project of removing old windows, door,
and installing new ones. So Cheri and Denise decided they needed a day of
shopping which is something that they haven’t done together in a long time.
Once again I forgot to take pictures before starting the liana project. We got
the old windows and door removed by noon. We loaded up the scrap metal and took
it to the scrap yard. Then we went to Calver’s for lunch. Our next stop was to
buy materials for the windows install. Things went well and we got two of the
windows in place and the door installed. It was 6:45 pm when we quit for the
day. I still managed to make a trip to get my lottery ticket for the big
drawing tonight. Cheri fixed us roast beef in gravy to have over toast for
supper. After supper I headed for the shower which felt really good after a
long day of work. It was 8:00 pm when we settled in for an evening of TV. I
didn’t last long before I was napping and decide to go to bed. Thank you God
for guiding us through the day.

It
was an over cast day with some rain, just enough to make it miserable. It was a
busy day for me. It started at 8:30 am with installing a new piece of baseboard
for Mike and Pam. Their clock had fallen off the wall and damaged the
baseboard. My next stop was Donna’s to put on the second coat of paint on the
shelf I installed. Next was back to the sheetrock repair project to put on
another coat of plaster. After lunch I headed to Tampa Bay country to install
new cartridge parts in two faucets, turned out to be a big job as they were
hard to get apart. After I was done there I headed back to Donna’s as the paint
was dry and was able to do some caulking and install the mirror. Then home for
supper. Cheri had been busy with her Tuesday house work and cooking a corn beef
so we could have corn beef and cabbage for supper. After supper I headed back
to the sheetrock project so I could finish it but the last coat of plaster wasn’t
dry so that project will have to wait. When I got home it was near 6:00 pm and
was ready for a hot shower and the recliner. We settled in to watch some shows
we had recorded. Thank you God for all the guidance and protection today.

I
headed out at 8:30 am to put on another coat of plaster at my sheetrock repair
project. I think one more day and I will have that project done. When I got
home Cheri had gone to the grocery store. I loaded up the truck with the things
I needed to install the shelf I had made for Donna. I worked on that until noon
and came home for lunch. Cheri had made some cookies from a new recipe she got
off of the internet. They were ok but not as good as chocolate cookies. Then it
was back to work at Donna’s. Greg and Sandy came over this afternoon. I thought
I would be done by 2:30 pm but didn’t get done until 4:00 pm. Cheri and Sandy
fixed us the leftover meatloaf along with baked potato, gravy, more green
beans, and cookies for dessert. Around 6:30 pm Sandy and Greg headed back to
their camper. They will be heading back to Maine tomorrow. Cheri and I settled
in for an evening of TV. Thank you God for time spent with family.

We
had a guest speaker in church today. Because there wasn’t any message notes for
Grandma she went to church with a friend in from her park. Our speaker was a missionary
couple that had just returned from Turkey. It was a very informational message
on how they are starting churches in Turkey. Sunday school lesson was from the
book of Mark. When we got home we called Greg and Sandy and had them come over
to our place. After short visit we headed to Lettuce Lake County Park. Being it
was a cloudy overcast day we didn’t see very much wide life, but did see a
couple of alligators and a couple of birds. Before we got done it started to
rain so we headed to the car. On the way home we stopped at Bob Evans for an
early supper. We were back home by 5:30 pm. We visited a while before Greg and
Sandy headed back to their camper. Cheri and I settled in for an evening of TV
along with a couple of cookies for a snack. Thank you God for the day you
provided for us and spending time in your word.

Yes
I did go for my accountably breakfast and Bible study yesterday, just forgot to
mention it. We were studying Hebrews chapter 12. Greg and Sandy came over at
7:00 am and then the four of us headed to the Hole in One donut shop for
breakfast. Today was our park wide yard sale which means that the traffic is
all one way and took a while to get back to the house. After we got back Greg
and I walked around the park to see if there was anything we needed. I did find
three water timer control valves to use for watering our flowers. Greg found a
couple of tie down straps. Cheri and Sandy also went out looking and Cheri got
some drinking glasses. We had planned on
going to a state park down near Tampa but with all the traffic in the park we
decided to just chill out here at the house. Later this afternoon Cheri and
Sandy did make a trip to the grocery store to get some grapes as she is making
a grape salad to take to our Sunday school wild game dinner this evening. After
Greg and Sandy left we settled in to watch some TV before it was time to leave
for the wild game dinner. It good to be with all of our Sunday school friends.
For meat we had bear, pork, venison, and turkey. Every one brought a dish to
pass, no one went away hungry. It was after 8:00 pm when we got home. For some
reason Cheri and I were both tired and decided to go to bed and watch TV there.

Cheri
and I left at 9:15 am heading to Brooksville for her eye appointment. She got
an excellent report and doesn’t have to go back for six months. On the way home
we stopped for lunch at Florida Cracker Kitchen which is one of our favorite
places to eat. It was near 1:00 pm when we got home. Cheri was busy with the
laundry and getting things in order for supper. She tried to call Greg and
Sandy but the call kept going to voice mail. I went and put on another coat of
plaster on the sheet rock project. When I got home Cheri said she still couldn’t
get Sandy and Greg. So I drove over to their camper but they weren’t there but
on the way out of the park I met them coming in. After stopping at the camper
they came over. Greg and I went to Lowe’s and got the windows and door for the
lanai project. Cheri and Sandy fixed meatloaf, potatoes, fresh green beans, and
gravy for supper along with some more strawberry shortcake for dessert. Sandy
and Greg headed back to their camper around 6:30 pm. Cheri and I settled in for
an evening of TV. Thank you God for the good report Cheri got and being with
family today.

First
thing this morning I went over to give the couple that wanted an estimate for
the windows and door installation in their lanai. They said that they would get
back to me in a couple of days. Well half hour later I got a call telling me
they want it done. Greg and Sandy came over at 9:00 am so Cheri and Sandy could
go to a quilt show here in the park. Greg and I stayed home and visited while
they were gone. When they got back we took Greg and Sandy out to Fort Foster
Historical Site south of Zephyrhills. Cheri and I were there several years ago
and was fun to go again. We had a late lunch when we got home. After lunch Greg
and I made a trip to Rural King to look around as they don’t have any Rural
King’s in Maine. Then we went over to Lowe’s so I could do more checking on
windows. When we got back home we visited a while before going to the Sunrise
Eatery for supper. It was 6:00 pm when we got back home. Shortly thereafter
Greg and Sandy headed back to their camper. Cheri and I settled in for our
normal evening of TV. Thank you God for our day with Sandy and Greg.

Cheri
got the laundry started a day early as we will be busy Thursday. After breakfast
she headed out do some grocery shopping. I headed out to do another coat of
plaster at the place where I am doing the sheet rock repair. On the way back to
the house I stopped to check out another job of replacing windows and a door in
a lanai. I need to get Larry to see if he will help me and give me a lesson in
this type of window installation. Then it was back home to do more work on
Donna’s shelf. I did make a trip to Lowe’s for some plumbing supplies. I
stopped by Larry and Denise to see about Larry helping me with the lanai
project. We both had work to do this afternoon so we made plans to check out
the project this evening. After lunch I headed over to Tampa Bay country to
repair a leak under a kitchen sink. The leak was coming from the flange where
the garbage disposal attached to the sink. I had to make a trip into San
Antonio to get some plumber putty as I had left mine at home. On the way back
there had been an accident and had to drive 15 miles to go a mile because the
accident had the road blocked. I had figured I would be home by 2:00 pm but
with everything that happened it was 4:00 pm. Greg and Sandy had come over
early this afternoon because I thought I would be home. Cheri and Sandy fixed
us leftover roast beef and potatoes along with some fresh strawberry short
cake. After Greg and Sandy left Larry and Denise came so Larry and I could go
and check out the lanai project and then to Lowe’s to check on materials. By
the time all was said and done it was 8:30 pm. Thank you God for a blessed day.

Sandy
and Greg came over around 9:00 am. Cheri took them out to the flea market and
said that they had a good time. I headed out at 8:30 am to meet Skip at the
church at 9:00 am. Our project for the day was to get the front steps power
washed and ready for paint. We did get the power washing on the steps done but
still have to do some scrapping before painting. We also got some of the sidewalks
power washed. I think it will take another full day to finish all the sidewalks.
I was home at 3:15 pm. I hustled get my shower as I was really wet and dirty.
We wanted to get to Golden Corral before 4:00 pm as the price goes up an
additional $4.00 per person after 4:00 pm. After supper Sandy and Greg headed
back to their camper. Cheri and I both fell asleep while trying to watch TV. We
ended up going to bed early. Thank you God for all you do for us.

Cheri
was busy with Monday’s house work and put a pot roast in the crockpot along
with onions, potatoes, and carrots. She also made some home made bread to have
for supper as Sandy and Greg will be here. I started a wall sheet rock repair
here in the park. When they removed a cabinet in the kitchen they found a hole
in the wall. So I opened it up to the studs so I would have something to fasten
the sheet rock to. Will when I opened the wall I found an electrical outlet hidden
in the wall. It is against all codes to do something like that. So I had to
remove it and will add an additional outlet to the kitchen. By noon I had the
wall patched and one coat of plaster applied. After lunch Sandy and Greg came
over. Cheri and Sandy were busy in the sewing room so Greg and I headed out to
watch the sky divers at the airport. From there we went to Harbor Freight and
then to Lowe’s. It was near 4:00 pm when Greg and I got back to the house. After
supper we visited a while before Greg and Sandy headed back to the campground.
Cheri and I spent the rest of the evening in front of the TV. Thank you God for
all you have done for us today.

Let’s
see, I got up an hour earlier this morning but still got up at the same time as
yesterday which was an hour later. Wow! How crazy does that sound. Yep it’s all
about the time change. Grandma went to church with us today. I forgot to e-mail
Pastor Randy for his message notes for Grandma. When Pastor Randy saw Grandma
in church he went and printed off a copy of his notes for her, thank you Pastor
Randy. We were served the Lords Supper today, good to reflect on how and why Jesus
died to take away our sins. We got a call from Cheri’s sister that she and her husband
Greg were here with their fifth wheel camper from Maine for a week. So after
church and Sunday school we stopped over to visit with them. Later we went out
to Calver’s for supper. After we dropped them off at their camper we headed
home. I settled in to watch the NASCR race that I had recorded and Cheri read
her novel. Thank you God for a wonderful day with friends and the safe travels
for Sandy and Greg.

It
was a no work day. The day started with meeting Pam and Mike at 7:30 am for
breakfast at the Hole in One donut shop. Because of my shingles and Pam being
sick it has been a long time since we have been together. We were back home for
only a short time before Peter and Vicki arrived. Peter and I worked together
for over twenty years at the telephone company. It was so good to see them and
spend the day together. We went out for lunch at Sunrise Eatery which was very
good. Then we went out to the airport to watch the skydivers which was very
interesting. Then back to our place for more visiting. It was a good day spent
with them and tried to get them to spend the night but they needed to get on
down the road. They left at 6:15 pm. Cheri and I had a brat for supper and a
normal evening of TV. Thank you God for a blessed day with good friends.

was much warmer this morning in the low 50’s, more to my liking. I was out the
door a little fast 6:00 am heading to Dade City for my accountably group
breakfast and Bible study. Today we were studying Hebrews chapter 9. Cheri was busy with laundry and then headed
over to Beall’s to do some shopping as she had a coupon that she needed to use.
I worked on Donna shelf getting it cut where I had scribed it yesterday. I also
got the rest of the pieces cut out. Later I took it over to Donna’s to see how
it would fit. All that is left to do is to assemble, paint, and get it
installed. After lunch I headed to Tampa for an eye appointment to once again
get ready for my cataract surgery which now won’t be until April 16. Cheri
finished the laundry and ironing. Cheri fixed us brats for supper along with a
cucumber salad and watermelon. Later in the evening while watching TV we had
some leftover strawberry cobbler for a snack. Thank you God for helping us
through another day.

It
was another cold morning with a temp of 39 degrees. It did warm up to be a very
nice day with the temp in the upper 70’s. I am happy to say I got up this
morning with no shingle pain. Now all I need is to get my energy back. I had a
9:00 am appointment in Tampa Bay country to change smoke detector batteries,
change water filter, repair some nail pops in the plaster, and repair a shower
door. My next stop was to install new parts in a toilet. Next I stopped to
check out another job and will start on it in April. I also stopped to see Bob
Conover as he is going through some health problems. It was 1:30 pm when I got
home for a late lunch. Cheri had been busy with laundry and going to Wal-Mart
for Grandma’s medicine and groceries. After lunch I went over to Donna’s to get
the shelf I am building for her scribed to the wall and also installed a wire
mold to hide some electrical cords. It was 4:00 pm when I got home. Cheri had
finished her ironing and was ready to rest a bit with me before starting
supper. She fixed us a ribeye steak and a baked potato. She also made
strawberry cobbler for dessert. It was an evening of TV. Thank you God for a
blessed day.

Winter
has returned, went from mid-80’s to a high in the upper 50’s today. The morning
temp was 41 degrees. I had a 9:00 am appointment over in Tampa Bay country to check
out some minor work a lady wants done. Also check on a couple other jobs but no
one was home. On the way home I stopped at Lowe’s to pick up materials for
tomorrows work. This afternoon I went to recheck on some shower stall materials
as I had got a price on the wrong size shower pan and then stopped to give the customer
an update on the pricing. Cheri was busy with her Wednesday house work. Last
Saturday was the Baptist Wild Game Feed. I wasn’t able to help this time
because we had company. The guys from our Sunday school class that worked one
of the food stations planned a night out with the wives and invited Cheri and I
to go. So tonight was the night. We all met at Willie’s Fish Restaurant in Valrico.
There were ten of us and after dinner we went over to Doug and Judy’s to see
their new house and to have some strawberry shortcake. It was a fun evening and
got home around 9:30 pm. Thank you God for a blessed day and good friends.

and Kathryn left around 8:30 am and planned on stopping by Grandma’s for
another visit before they headed back to Wisconsin. Cheri had a 9:00 am
appointment and then back home doing house work and laundry. She also got the
guest bedroom ready for company. We had rain this morning that started around
7:00 am, nothing really bad just enough to make for miserable day. I had a 9:00
am appointment here in the park doing some electrical work. I had to crawl
under the house to run some new conduit and wire. Needless to say I got really
wet and muddy from the rain. Other than that things went well and was done and
home by noon. After lunch I went to Lowe’s for some materials and then to the mobile
home shop to get a price on a shower pan and shower surround for a potential
customer who wants to remove a bathtub and put in a new shower. It was around
2:30 pm when I got home. I was still wet and cold from my morning work. So I
headed to the shower to get cleaned and warmed up. Cheri and I spent the rest
of the afternoon in our recliners napping and watching TV. Cheri fixed us scrambled
eggs and chip beef gravy over toast for supper. Thank you God for guiding us
through another day.

Cheri
had a dentist appointment this morning to get her new crown fitted. Kathryn,
Bro, and I headed to Webster for the flea market. It is something that Kathryn
and Bro like to do when they come to see us. It has been a couple of years
since Cheri and I have been there. It was around 1:00 pm when we got home.
After a late lunch most of us had to have a nap as we were exhausted from the
flea market trip. This evening Bro and Kathryn took us out for Mexican at Poncho’s
villa in San Antonio. It was around 7:30 pm when we arrived back home. We
settled in to watch some TV shows we had recorded before calling it a night.

Kathryn
and Bro went over to visit with Grandma this morning to spend part of the day
with her visiting and playing cards. Cheri and I headed for church and Sunday
school. Pastor Randy was in Alaska on vacation so Pastor James was going to
deliver the message today but was very sick. So Pastor Mike our music pastor delivered
the message. It was all about how we need to trust God. In Sunday school we
have new lesson books and are now studying the book of Mark. It was near 1:00
pm when we got home. Kathryn and Bro came back around 3:00 pm. Cheri fixed us
pizza for supper and then it was time to settle in for some TV along with some
napping. Thank you God for another day with friends and learning more about
you.

At
7:15 am we took Bro and Kathryn to the Hole in One donut shop this morning for
breakfast. When we got back Kathryn and I went for a half hour walk around the
park. Later Cheri and Kathryn went out shopping and then brought Grandma back
to our place. Bro and I went out to the airport to watch the sky divers. We got
to watch some of them drag a foot across the water in the pond they have built.
I talked to a guy there and told me that there will be a competition on this
next weekend. I hope I get a chance to go out and watch them. Bro and I stopped
a Jersey Mike’s for our lunch and then a stop at Rural King and Harbor Freight.
It was around 3:00 pm when we got home. Then we all left at 4:15 to go to
Lakeland to have dinner at Harry’s which was really good. On the way back home
we dropped Grandma off at her place. We watch a little TV before calling it a
night. Thank you God for a blessed day.

Well
I tried to write February 29th, wrong year. Once again it being
Friday I have my accountability group breakfast and Bible study In Dade City at
6:30 am. Well today there were just two of us and still had a good bible study in
Hebrews chapter 8. Cheri was busy today with a haircut, laundry, grocery
shopping, and some additional work around the house. I had a 9:00 am appointment
to do some wall work where a wall had been opened up to do some plumbing work
behind the washing machine. I had to make a couple panels to cover the openings,
the second opening was in the bedroom closet. I also got things laid out for
the electrical job I will be doing Tuesday along with a trip to Lowe’s to
return a couple things and get some additional materials. We got a call from
Bro and Kathryn that they would be arriving around 5:30 pm. After they got here
we had a visit and then went out to Calver’s for supper. It was a late night of
visiting before calling it a night. Thank you God for a blessed day to have
friends come and spend time with us.

Hard to believe February
is about over. Having the shingles all month it will be a month that I won’t
forget. Cheri and I went out to the Breakfast Station this morning for
breakfast. It has been a long time since we have been there. When I got the
bill I remember why as it is pretty pricey. When we got home Cheri work on
laundry and getting the house in order for company coming tomorrow. I worked
outside cleaning up my work area as it was so bad I couldn’t even move around.
I also worked on the making a shelf for a Donna. I went over to her place to
check some measurement and found that she is in Wisconsin. When I got home I
got the call from the guy with the electrical problem. It took a lot of time to
trace down where the problem was. We put together a plan on how to do a rewire
to get around the bad wiring. I will be doing the rewire on Tuesday. It was
4:30 pm when I got home. I headed for the shower and Cheri started supper.
After supper we had time to rest a bit before Larry and Denise came over to
play Hand, Knee, and Foot. We each won a game so made for a nice evening with
everyone a winner, guess that means everyone was also a looser. With company
and sickness it has been hard for us to get together. Thank you God for great
friends and getting us through another day.
