Winter has returned, went from mid-80’s to a high in the upper 50’s today. The morning temp was 41 degrees. I had a 9:00 am appointment over in Tampa Bay country to check out some minor work a lady wants done. Also check on a couple other jobs but no one was home. On the way home I stopped at Lowe’s to pick up materials for tomorrows work. This afternoon I went to recheck on some shower stall materials as I had got a price on the wrong size shower pan and then stopped to give the customer an update on the pricing. Cheri was busy with her Wednesday house work. Last Saturday was the Baptist Wild Game Feed. I wasn’t able to help this time because we had company. The guys from our Sunday school class that worked one of the food stations planned a night out with the wives and invited Cheri and I to go. So tonight was the night. We all met at Willie’s Fish Restaurant in Valrico. There were ten of us and after dinner we went over to Doug and Judy’s to see their new house and to have some strawberry shortcake. It was a fun evening and got home around 9:30 pm. Thank you God for a blessed day and good friends.
