Another four years have passed since the last February 29th. Just think about what has happened in the last four years. It was 43 degrees this morning which was a little better than yesterday morning. Still too cold for me plus we had a breezy day which didn’t help. I got up this morning feeling a lot better. The Prednisone I took last night really helped as I slept better than I have for weeks plus I got up with no swelling in my hands and arms which made for a lot less pain. Cheri and I still went out to the Hole-in-One donut shop for our breakfast but was half hour later than our usual time. After breakfast we made a stop at Lowe’s as I had a couple of things to return and needed to get some Damp Rid for the camper. Cheri told me I wasn’t doing any work today but needed to go to the camper to put in the Damp Rid and thought I might do some work in the camper but was too cold. So when I got home I joined Cheri who was already in her recliner. I tried to do some reading but fell asleep. I ended up napping the rest of the forenoon. We watched several shows trying to get caught up on the shows we have recorded. I still ended up napping a lot of the afternoon. Cheri fixed us French bread loaf for supper something we haven’t had for some time. We finished off the evening with more TV and a bowl of ice cream. Thank you God for a restful day which we both needed.
