I had a 9:00 am PT appointment this morning and had another good workout. From there I headed to Tampa VA as I had a 11:00 am appointment for a bladder scan. Everything was good with the bladder. When I got home I was pretty sore and tired so spent the rest of the day in the recliner. Cheri was busy all day with painting. She got two coats of paint on part of another wall. Later this afternoon we both napped for a while. Cheri fixed some more of the leftover meat loaf and garlic potatoes. Later we took a ride to Chick-fil-A drive through which was a long wait as there were a lot of people. We wanted to have a peach shake but was told that they ran out of peach and had to settle for chocolate which was ok but had our taste buds set for peach. When we got back we settled in to watch a movie before calling it a night. Thank you God for getting us through this day keeping us healthy and safe.
