Sharp's Travels

Cheri went for her haircut this morning. I went down to the club house to get new gate entry stickers for the car and truck so we will be able to get in the park, They are installing a new entry system. Dick and Linda picked us up at 10:00 am. We headed to Sarasota to visit the Selby Gardens. They are a leader in the conservation and display of air plants. For more information go to selby.org. From there we went to eat at Yoders restaurant, everyone has told us that it is the best place to eat. They also have a bakery, market, and gift shop. As it turned out we thought we would be eating at a different place that is also an Amish restaurant. We found out that it was a few blocks away so we went there to visit there bakery and gift shop. It was 6:00 pm when we got home. We had great time and plan on doing another day trip with Dick and Linda. I will post some pictures from the gardens.
