Gay Dec-23-21

It was 42 degrees this morning with a breeze for the morning walk. Cheri and I went out for breakfast at the village Inn. It was very pricey at 26 dollars and change for a normal breakfast of eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast, and coffee. We could have driven to Dade City and had breakfast and paid for the gas to get there and back much cheaper. Cheri was busy with laundry and other house work. I headed over to Donna Perkins to check out her house skirting which needs to be repaired. She had some guys come and look at it and gave her a price on it and said that it needed to be replaced and couldn’t use the same skirting has she has because of the rules in the park and was going to have to use cement stacked blocks with a pored footing which will cost several thousand dollars. So after checking it out I will be able to repair what is there without having to put in something new. It is one of the them projects that I was going to do anymore. Larry and Denise came over and Denise set up the Fitbit that our neighbor gave Cheri. So I took Larry over to see the skirting project and between the two of us came up with a good repair for it. This afternoon Dennis and I went over to finish the deadbolt project. The rest of the afternoon was spent reading and did have a nap. Cheri fixed a new recipe called Chicken Parmesan Pasta. It was ok but nothing special and have at lease two more days of it. This evening we watched North Woods Law and When Big Things Go Wrong. Thank you God for helping us through this day keeping us healthy and safe.
