I got up this morning with a much worst back. Needless to say I spent the day in the recliner icing down the back which did help. Later in the day I went out to the truck and got my motorcycle back brace and wore it. That helped a lot. It was a perfect fall day with them temp in the low 70’s and here I sit doing nothing. Cheri made lasagna with garlic toast to take over to Darren’s for supper. We got to Darren’s before he got home so we took a walk around a couple of blocks. With the back brace on I was able to get along ok. After supper we went to see the new movie Flight starring Denzel Washington. There was some nudity and a lot of trash talk, once you get by all of that it was a pretty good movie.
