Let’s see it is Friday the thirteenth, does that mean we should be extra careful. Now that I have just written this I had to look it and this is what I found:   Friday the 13th, also known as Black Friday, is considered an unlucky day in Western superstition. It occurs when the 13th day of the month in the Gregorian calendar falls on a Friday. The superstition surrounding this day may have arisen in the Middle Ages, "originating from the story of Jesus' last supper and crucifixion" in which there were 13 individuals present in the Upper Room on Maundy Thursday, the night before His death on Good Friday.[1][2] Other scholars claim that there is no written evidence for a "Friday the 13th" superstition before the 19th century, and the superstition only gained widespread distribution in the 20th century. The fear of the number 13 has been given a scientific name: "triskaidekaphobia"; and on analogy to this the fear of Friday the 13th is called paraskevidekatriaphobia, from the Greek words Paraskeví (Παρασκευή, meaning "Friday"), and dekatreís (δεκατρείς, meaning "thirteen").[3]  Ok it has clear as mud to me and just another day. Cheri and Denise went shopping and in fact left before our motorcycle ride left. There were five of us (Larry, Ross, Norm, Derek, and myself) for the ride. Our destination was Crystal River and then out to the end of a highway at the Gulf. We eat at a restaurant there and I had the best bowl of New England clam chowder that I ever had. Larry also said that is fish was the best he has had. The rest of the guys also were happy with their meal. We also made a stop at the Harley dealer on our way home. The ride was over all the crooked roads I could find and also a perfect day as the temp got up in the low 80’s and was partly cloudy with a nice breeze. It was l after 5:00 pm and 183 miles later when we got home. Cheri and Denise got back around 4:00 pm and had a good time shopping; anyway I think so from all the things she bought for Easter decorations. Another fun filled day.
