My energy level today is
the same as yesterday and Cheri was also tired. I didn’t think it would be a
good idea for me to be out for church and Sunday school. So we passed and
watched a streaming of Dr. Larry Ollison which was excellent. There wasn’t any
NASCAR racing today which usually takes up a lot of the day. But I had recorded
the Green Bay Packers preseason game. What a big disappointment that was. The
Packers did everything wrong that they could. Good thing it was a preseason
game, guess that why they have them to work out problems and try different
things. Right now they don’t look like a team that is going to go very far.
Cheri continued to work in her sewing room today. I also worked on the kitchen
cabinet list and double checked to make sure I have everything correct as tomorrow
I am going to place the order. We didn’t see any rain today until around 5:00
pm. It was still raining some when we went to bed. I just checked the rain
gauge and we received ¾ inch.

My night wasn’t the best
so this morning my energy level was much less than yesterday. Cheri didn’t have
a very good night either. So we were both running at about half speed. I
powered up and turned on the water to the water heater this morning and when we
were done with our showers I shut everything down again. I will have to do this
one more time and then someone will be here to change it out for a new one,
anyway that is what is supposed to happen but we have found here in Florida
appointments don’t mean a lot. About half the time people don’t show up when
they say they will and don’t even call to let you know when or why. I was only
out of the house long enough to get the mail and water the flowers of course a
half hour after I watered them it rained. Cheri spent most of the day in the
sewing room and is coming along nicely on her quilt project. I did work on the
kitchen cabinets and once again made some changes, need to get them ordered
before I change something else.

It is one day closer to
being back to good health which Cheri and me are ready for. Cheri was a busy
girl this morning doing laundry and making beds with nice fresh sheets and all
the dusting. She does so much and a lot of it is things that I don’t know about.
I felt like I had a little more energy this morning so I headed out to trim the
seed pods out of our neighbors palm trees. I was only out about an hour and a
half but came in soak and wet with sweat. After I got cleaned up again and started
thinking about the kitchen cabinets and may have another design change. I
really have to work on Cheri as she would lose some space in her bedroom closet.
I know it is not a good thing to mess with a woman’s closet space because they
never have enough. Later this afternoon we decided we needed to get out of the
house for bit so we went over to Larry and Denise’s and put in some new
damp-rids. Then we went to fill up the car with gas and the station that we usually
go to was out of gas do to the $2.19 gas. So we headed for Wal-Mart for our gas
because I can get a five cent discount there. On the way Pam called to see how
we were doing, long story short we ended up meeting them at Scot Land Yard for
a Friday night fish fry. We got home around 6:00 pm and was nice to get out of
the house for a while.

I had a much better night’s
sleep as I was able to fall asleep right away and makes for a little more
energy today. Cheri not so much as she got up with a headache. Although she did
her house work and spent the rest of the morning in the kitchen making lasagna.
She made two pans of it so we could have one today and freeze the other one.
She has change the recipe over the years so it is her own personal recipe and
it is the best. Just being in the kitchen when it is baking is a treat with the
entire aroma coming from the oven. I felt like I needed to get out and go over
to the neighbor’s to trim their palm trees but by the time I was ready it
started to rain so I went out in the shop and put away some tools that I had
out and cleaned the motorcycle headlight assembly which I had out to rewire the
GPS. We also found out that we have a leak coming from the hot water heater. We
had bought a home insurance policy mainly for the heat pump but covered many
other things and the hot water heater is one of them. I called the insurance
company and within half hour we got a call from the plumber, bad news is he can’t
come until next Monday. So I turned the water off to the heater and also the
electric. I will turn it on early in the morning so we can have our showers, do
the laundry, and run the dish washer. We didn’t get a lot of rain but was a
nice genital rain that last a good part of the day.

I put in a terrible night
couldn’t fall asleep and when I did wake up I was all sweaty, so it was a very
long night and got up exhausted. Cheri on the other hand had one of the best night’s
sleeps she has had in a long time. I looked up on line to see what the side
effects to the antibiotic I am taking. I found out that some of them that are
affecting me are loss of appetite, nausea, dizziness, ringing in ears (this is
not new but much worse now), tiredness, sleep problems, and insomnia. And to
think this antibiotic is going to make me well. Other than that I am in great
shape. Cheri continues to work in her sewing room on her latest project. All I
did update our list of appointments. This afternoon I took Cheri to the fabric
shop here in Zephyrhills for some fabric spray. We also made a stop to run the
car through the car wash ($3.00 on Wednesdays). Then the last stop was the
grocery store. When we got home I watered the flowers and that was our day.

Not much change in the
Sharp house hold. I put in a terrible night and was very tired when I got up.
After breakfast I sat in my recliner and did my Bible study. I figured I would
take a two hour nap but couldn’t go to sleep but did have a good rest. Cheri
joined me after she got her house work done, after her Bible study she took a
nap, so I guess she also had a bad night. At 11:00 am I forced myself to go and
take a shower which I really needed as I didn’t have on the day before. I was
pretty stinky. This afternoon I did do a little work on the computer for Cheri,
she isn’t happy with the way her project was coming together and wanted me down
size some of the patterns. We both ended up back in the recliners this
afternoon. I did take Cheri for an appointment and then to Hobby Lobby to get
something for her quilt project. Cheri fixed us the left over ribs and beans
for supper.

When I got up this morning
I was feeling pretty bad and knew I had a bladder infection again. I called the
doctor at 8:30 am to see about getting some antibiotics, talked to the nurse
and she said doctor was in surgery would have him call me. Well by 1:00 pm I
hadn’t heard from him so I called again and the nurse said that he was in
surgery and would call me later. By 2:00 pm I still hadn’t heard anything and told
Cheri we needed to go to the VA Urgent Care. We didn’t have to wait too long
and got in to see the doctor. It turned out to be the same doctor I saw on the
13th. When he walked into the room he said I know you. Long story
short they took some test and confirmed that I did have a bladder infection.
The doctor subscribes some antibiotics so we headed for the VA pharmacy. By the
time we left there it was right in rush hour traffic and didn’t get home until
around 6:15 pm. I was so exhausted I stayed in the recliner the rest of the
evening. Cheri eye is no better today but she continues to work in her sewing
room. That is where she was when I said we needed to go to Urgent Care. As of
10:00 pm the doctor still has not called me back must be a really long surgery.

It wasn’t a good night for
us. I was awake from around 3:00 am until it was time to get up. Cheri said
that she was up and down many times and even watched some very late night TV.
We did go to church and Sunday school but was too tired to go out for lunch. So
we dropped Grandma off and headed home. Cheri fixed us pizza for lunch. I
settled in and watched the rest of the NASCAR race I had recorded and then
watched the Green Bay Packers preseason game. Cheri took a nice long nap. Early
evening I wasn’t feeling the best and checked my urine and it is really cloudy
which means I must have the bladder infection back. I will call the doctor in
the morning to see if I can get some more antibiotics.

It was a month ago today
that I had the surgery to have the stone removed from my bladder and still have
the catheter until September 8th. Cheri is still having trouble with
her eye and can only see double images with a lot of glare. At times the pupil
is larger than her good eye. It has now been almost three months since her detached
retina surgery. Today was a Cheri day. I took her to Dunedin which has one of
the largest fabric shops in Florida. I found a place to park in the shade and with
all the windows open it a nice breeze so I stayed in the car and read while
Cheri shopped. Just before Cheri came out I had to start the car to cool things
off as it was getting too hot without the air conditioning. Cheri said she
found everything she was looking for and is very happy now that she can get
back to her quilt project. On the way home we stopped by Sam’s Club to get some
energy bars and also checked to see if they had any ribs as the last couple of
time they didn’t have any. I was in luck today and also bought a slab for Mel
and Jan. So we drove by their place to drop them off and Jan said that she didn’t
know what they were going to have for supper and was glad to see the ribs. We
also had ribs and beans for supper. We were both tired from our day out and
about, had trouble staying awake to watch TV. We did get our evening shower
that lasted all of five minutes.

For the most part we both
had a pretty good night. We couldn’t lounge around too long this morning as I
had an appointment in Tampa for a bladder test. We were a little early and was
able to take me right in. I saw a picture on the wall and telling all that they
were going to do and I was ready to go back home. Everything I read sounded
like pain. Ok I am here and there is no place to hide. First they put in a rectal
pressure gauge that would measure my prostrate. Next they removed the catheter
that I had and replaced it with a smaller one that I would be able to pee
around. Then they started to pump fluid into my bladder. They said I needed to
tell them three things, first when I first felt pressure, second when I would
normally want to pee, third when I couldn’t hold it any longer. I guess when my
eyes began to pop out I had enough pressure. They stopped pumping in fluid and
told me to pee. Then they removed everything and put the regular catheter back
in and said I was ready to go home. The good news is my bladder is work ok, bad
news they said that I needed to have the rotor-router done to my prostrate, yea,
another full filled day (not) in the future. On the way home we made a stop at
Jo-ann Fabrics as Cheri needed a couple of things then to Olive Garden for
lunch. We stopped and checked Larry and Denise’s house. Our last stop was to
pick up Grandma’s medicine at Wal-Mart and drop it off. It was near 3:00 pm
when we got home and ready to relax the rest of the day.

I had a much better night
of sleeping and got up feeling like I had some energy to do something today.
Cheri had a bad night again said that she even turned on the TV for a while and
said that she couldn’t get her mind to shut down. After Cheri got her house
work done she spent most of the day in her sewing room. I finished polishing
the motorcycle parts I had in the sunroom. I think Cheri will be glade when I
get the motorcycle back together so there won’t be parts all over the sunroom.
Our neighbor Jean stopped over to give us a bag of onions and to visit for a
while. Later I took Grandma for her eye doctor appointment. They did a lot of
checks and I didn’t get home until near 5:30 pm. We met Mike and Pam at Beef O
Brady’s for supper. They just got back from their vacation, sure good to see
them again. We had a good visit and then they stopped by our place to pick up
their flowers as we were taking care of them while they were gone. So we had a
good day but both are exhausted this evening. Yep it was another evening of
lighting and thunder but no rain.

I had trouble sleeping
last night, kept waking up and couldn’t seem to get comfortable, could feel all
the little aches and pains. I usually take a couple of Tylenols before I go to
bed and forgot to do it. So long story short I was slow getting out of bed this
morning. Today was Cheri’s day. She has been working on a new project in her
sewing room and can’t do any more until she gets some additional fabric. At
11:00 am we headed to the fabric shop in Dade City with a stop to get gas for
the car. From Dade City we headed to Plant City and had lunch at Johnson’s
Barbeque. We had talked about going there for a long time and today was the
day. It wasn’t has good as I thought it would be, a five out of ten. After
lunch we headed to the fabric shop. Cheri did find two or three fabrics she
needed but I guess there were a couple that she needs before she can go any
farther and could find them. Sounds like we will be making another trip to find
what she needs. It was around 4:00 pm when we arrived home. It was another
evening of a lot of thunder and just a little shower.

I felt good again this
morning with a little more energy. Cheri said that her night was a little
better. After we were ready to face the world for the day Cheri went to her
sewing room and I got the motorcycle parts that I had started cleaning a couple
of months ago from the sunroom and got some of the polishing done, was about
half done before it was time for lunch. At 12:30 pm we headed over to Grandma’s.
While I took Grandma for her B-12 shot and then dropped her off at Wal-Mart so
she could get her hair cut Cheri was putting up the new curtains she made in
the bedroom. When I got back to pick her up she had the curtains all up. I
cleaned the air conditioner filter and then we went to Wal-Mart to get Grandma’s
groceries while she was still getting her hair cut. We were done getting her
groceries about the same time she was done with her hair cut. After all was
said and done it was around 3:00 pm when we got home. We were both bushed
decided we had done enough for the day. We didn’t get any rain today but heard
a lot of thunder this evening.

I woke up with more energy
this morning and felt like I was somewhat back on the right track. I wasn’t in
any hurry to get around this morning because I had no plans and we were having
company coming late morning. Cheri was busy doing her Tuesday house work on
Monday as we have a few things going on tomorrow and wanted to get a head
start. Mike and Mary arrived around 11:30 am. We visited for a while and then
went to Chili’s for lunch and back home for more visiting. Mike and Mary had
been up in New Hampshire and Maine to visit family for a couple of weeks. We
had a great time visiting with them. They left around 4:00 pm. Once again we
got our evening rain but only about ¼ inch. I called the doctor this afternoon
and found out that I have to keep the catheter in until Sept. 8th,
not the news I wanted to hear but will take it one day at a time.

I didn’t feel as good this
morning as I had the last couple of days. We had made plans to go to church
this morning. But after I took my shower and got cleaned up I told Cheri I was
too exhausted to go. I headed for the recliner and proceeded to take a two hour
nap. I felt some better after the nap. So we streamed Dr. Ollison’s message
which was excellent. Around 1:00 pm Mel and Jan stopped by to deliver us a
plate of food from Linger Longer (potluck meal) which was today after Sunday
school. That was another reason I wanted to go to church and Sunday school
today. Cheri and I watched a movie we had recorded and then I settled in to
watch the NASCAR race and Cheri went to her sewing room. I didn’t feel much
like supper and not knowing what sounded good. Cheri decided to make waffles which
sounded good to me. Around 5:00 pm we got our evening rain again, checked the
rain gauge and we received a little over an inch. We are praying for a better
day tomorrow.

At 1:30 am the door bell
rang and it took twice before we realized it was the door bell. It was a police
officer wanting to know if we were ok. He said that there had been a 911 call
made from our residents. Not sure how they figured that out but he got some
wrong information. He went back to his car and must have made a call and then
left. So needless to say we didn’t get much sleep the rest of the night. Today Cheri
spent time in her sewing room and also had Ironing to get done. I went outside
and trim our flowers and shrubs. I also cleaned up the bird feeder and got it
filled. I had planned on doing some more outside work but was too hot. Late afternoon
I went out and watered the flowers because it didn’t look like we were going to
get any rain. Well around 4:30 pm we had a storm come through with a lot of
rain and was still raining when we went to bed which was kind of early because
of no sleep last night. Just checked the rain gauge and we got a little over 1 ½
inches.

After yesterday I figured
we would both have a good night sleep. Well it could have been a lot better but
made it through the night. I took Cheri for her 8:45 am appointment and then
over to Publix’s to pick up a couple of things she needed. I was slow getting
around this morning and didn’t get cleaned up until we got home. Needless to
say it was almost 11:00 am before I was ready to face the world for the day.
Cheri already had most of her Friday work done. After lunch Cheri went to the
sewing room and I put on my leg bag and went out and pulled weeds at the
neighbors which should have been done last week. I also sprayed around in the
house which is something I try and get done each month. After doing my Bible
study and the lesson for Sunday school I was ready to kick back in the recliner
with Cheri. We watched a couple of movies I had recorded and then had some of
Cheri’s homemade clam chowder. I made one more trip out to water the flowers. We
got a call from Darren this evening checking in on me. He said that he wouldn’t
be getting any sleep this weekend as he has a big migration at work which has
to be done when no one is working.

It was a good news bad
news day. I had an appointment this morning to get the catheter out (Yea
freedom from the bag). Things went well and were done early and on our way home
by a 9:10 am. I had a little trouble passing water but figured it would get
better. Bad news by 1:30 pm I was in pain and not able to pass water. So it was
back to the ER and had to have the catheter put back in. The doctor told me he
was going to give me some antibiotics, I told him that I had been on
antibiotics for bladder infection and had two day worth left. He went and checked
to see what I had been taking and came back and told me that I was on the wrong
antibiotics and they would not kill the infection that I had. He seemed to
think I probably still have the bladder infection and that’s why I wasn’t able
to pass water. He prescribed an antibiotic that would kill the infection and I
have to take them for seven days. He said that he put in a consult to the
urology department and they should be calling me tomorrow to see what is going
to be the next step. We got home around 5:30 pm and needless to say I am pretty
depressed. Cheri is also very exhausted going through all of this with me.

I got up this morning
feeling the best I have felt the last two weeks. I told Cheri I actual felt
like getting out of the house today. After we got ready to face the day it was
already 10:00 am. I strapped on my leg bag and we headed to Wal-Mart to fill a
list of things we needed. Publix’s had a sandwich special if you ordered it off
the internet. So before we left I ordered one to be picked up at 11:15 am. So on
the way home we stopped and picked it up which was our lunch when we got home.
While Cheri was in Publix’s I walked over to Staple’s to get some DVD mailers.
It was around 11:30 am when we got back home and I was pretty tired from our
trip out. Cheri finished her Wednesday house work and we both did our Bible
study. The rest of the afternoon was spent in the recliner. Ron called around
2:00 pm to see how we were doing and told him I was just going to call him to
see if they wanted to meet at Wendy’s for supper. He said that would work with
them. So we met them at 5:00 pm at Wendy’s. We had a nice visit and was good to
get out of the house again. I watered the flowers when we got home and then
settled in for an evening of TV.

I am not feeling as upbeat
this morning, for some reason I got up really tired. Cheri is about the same as
yesterday, still looking for clear eye site. By 10:30 am I was exhausted and
really for a nap. Cheri spent some time in her sewing room plus got all of her
Tuesday house work done. Then she has the added work of taking care of me. I
did get outside long enough to water the flowers. I will be so glad to see
Thursday come so I can get this catheter out and off the meds and back to being
productive. It has not been a good spring and summer for us. We had a little
rain shower come through this evening, just enough to water the flowers. I know
the blogs haven’t been very interesting and hope next week I will have more to
talk about.

We are both the same as
yesterday. Cheri had another bad night sleeping, she said that she needs me
with her so she has protection when she sleeping. If all goes well we should be
back sleeping together Thursday night. The last time we slept together was at
Darren and Brooke’s wedding back on June 6th. Because of her eye she had to
sleep on her side and had to have pillows stacked behind her to keep her from
rolling over on her back. She finally got the ok to sleep on her back and now
it’s my problem sleeping with the catheter. Cheri finished the curtains for Grandma
today so maybe next week we can get them installed. I am so far behind on some
of my work it is going to take a while to get caught up. We did get out of the
house to go and pick up the mail and right back home. Darren called this evening
checking in to see how we were doing. He said that he is really busy at work
has two big projects that will keep him busy through the next two weekends. We
watched an old Gun Smoke movie which was pretty good.

Hey I had a good night’s
sleep and felt good when I got up this morning, first morning that my head didn’t
feel heavy and was able to hold it up, phrase God. Cheri said that she slept
some better, woke up a few times but was able to go back to sleep. So this met
a good start to our Sunday. By the time we got though with the morning paper,
coffee, and breakfast it was almost 10:30 am. Cheri headed for the sewing room
to continue working on Grandma’s curtains. At 11:00 am we watched Dr. Larry
Ollison’s church service we streamed along with some Bible study, made our
morning go by pretty quickly. This afternoon there was a NASCAR race on TV so
you know how I spent my afternoon. Cheri worked on Grandma’s curtains until her
eyes gave out. Around 6:00 pm we had a pretty bad storm come through with some
strong wind and rain, lasted about half an hour and then a few showers into the
evening. I checked the rain gauge this morning and received just over an inch
of rain.

Today wasn’t much
different from yesterday. We are both tired of the same old drag, something
that is pretty new to us as all of our married life neither of us has been laid
up this long and we are so ready for it to end. Cheri did work in the sewing
room for as long as her eyes held out. I am still dreaming about the kitchen
cabinets to make sure I have the order list right. As soon as we get back on
our feet we are going to order them. We got less than ½ inch of rain today and
at one point it was so dark it looked like it was about 7:30 in the evening and
it was actually around noon, a lot of lighting and thunder plus a little wind. I
have been doing a lot of internet searching on how to build roll out pantries,
found several different ways of doing it and think maybe I have come up with
something a little different. After the cabinets are installed that is one
additional project I want to do, but that project is down the road a long ways.
We did venture out to the grocery store this afternoon as we were getting low
on a few things. I drove and Cheri did the shopping while I waited in the car.
I stumbled onto some of the old Virginian western series and watched a couple
of them, some good clean shows.

I felt much better when I
got up this morning which I was passed ready for a good morning. Cheri not so
much she is still having trouble to get a good night’s sleep. I hadn’t thought
about it before maybe it is because I am not sleeping with her and she needs me
beside her to protect her. Cheri did her Friday laundry and spent a little time
in the sewing room. She is trying to get Grandma’s curtains sewed up. She came
out frustrated and tired because she can’t see well. We did some Bible study
and I finished a book that I had been reading. After lunch I went out and
watered the flowers and then I drove Cheri down to get the mail and back home.
It is still hard for me to eat anything because the food taste rally bad from
the medicine I am taking. I have six more days before I get the catheter
removed. Finley turned the TV on late this afternoon and watched a couple of
movies I recorded. Better days are coming.

I didn’t feel well at all
this morning. I even had trouble holding my head up. I have been drinking a lot
of water but for some reason I think I was dehydrated, think the medicine has
something to do with it because I have dry mouth all the time. Cheri got her
Thursday house work done and even was in the sewing room for a short time, not
long enough to really do anything. Later in the afternoon I went out and
watered the flowers and then spent a little time on the VHS tape conversion. We
both spent a lot of time in Bible study and reading. I never thought I would
say it but I am getting tired of watching TV, over hundred channels to watch
and can’t find anything worth watching. Cheri tried a new recipe for dinner and
I am sure it will be the last time we have it, as neither one of us like it.

I really don’t have
anything to write about today. We didn’t do anything just sit in the recliner
reading, Bible study, and watching TV. Cheri did do a few things around the
house and I am not sure what they were. I did do some work on the computer transferring
VHS tapes to the computer so I can burn DVD’s. Mike came over to drop off their
hanging plants. We will be watering them while they are gone, how nice is it
that we get to enjoy some beautiful flowers and all we have to do is water
them. After Lunch I did go out and
filled the bird feeder and that took all the energy that I had. So much for a
day in the golden years, we do know there are better days ahead.

house work done along with a load of laundry so I could have some clean sleep
shorts as that is what I have been wearing during the day, need to have
something that is loose. We did get out of the house for a short time late
morning. I drove Cheri to the post office so we could get our pass port renewal
in the mail, then a stop at Winn Dixie for some groceries. Cheri still hasn’t
done any driving as she doesn’t think she should with the glare she has going on
in her eye. I got a call from the VA letting me know that I had an appointment
on the 6th which was supposed to have been moved to the 13th.
So I made call and got that changed, think it would have been faster to drive
down and make the change in person (not really just felt that way). We did get
a little shower this afternoon just enough that I didn’t have to do any
watering.

I was up again at 2:00 am
feeling a little better this morning. I think the reason I was up so early was
because of all the sleep I got yesterday. I am not sure if it is from the
medicine or setting around all day as every bone in my body hurts. There has
been no change in Cheri’s eye. Cheri continues to take very good care of me. We
had several fiends call to check in on us to see how we were doing. It does
help and gives us something to talk about. I checked the rain gauge this
morning and found that we got just over five inches in the last two days. Later
this afternoon Mel and Jan stopped by to see us, it was good to see them. We
were supposed to take them to the airport on Wednesday but with the problem I am
having I wasn’t sure if we could make the trip so they found someone else to
take them. I felt bad that we couldn’t do it, as of now I think I would have
been ok to drive them but knew we couldn’t wait until the last minute.

I was up at 2:00 am really
sick and in a lot of pain. So around 5:00 am we headed to Tampa VA emergency
room. I found out that I have a bladder infection, got some pills to take and
headed back home I made a mistake taking pills on an empty stomach before we
left to come home. So I had to stop along the road to upchuck and was sick
again as soon as we got home. I did drink some water but couldn’t eat anything.
So I didn’t take any pills until late this afternoon when I was able to get
some chicken noodle soup into me. Cheri took good care of me. Oh and by the way
Cheri’s bubble disappeared. She can make out images and has a lot of glare so
she still has a long way to go.

First I must wish Cheri a
happy birthday. All she wanted for her birthday was to have the bubble disappear
in her eye. Well that didn’t happen. Because of the rain we were not sure if we
were going to venture out or not. We did go to Lakeland to have dinner at Long
Horn. It was very good and is our favorite place for a steak dinner. We stopped
by Lowe’s to pick up the additional drawer and door pulls for the kitchen
cabinets. Then it was a stop at Fabric Warehouse to pick up a quilting foot
that Cheri ordered for her machine. When we got home I was exhausted so the
rest of the day was spent reading and watching TV. Normally I do the blog the
morning after the day. Well that didn’t happen because I was really sick.

I don’t feel so restricted now that
I have a leg bag. The only bad thing is I have to wear long legged pants to
cover the leg bag. This morning I headed to Wesley Chapel to have the oil
changed in the car. I had a 10:15 am appointment. I had been led to believe I
needed to change oil every 5000 miles. While talking to the guy that was
checking me in looked and said that I still had 40% of use in the oil that was
in the car. He showed me how to check it and so I headed home without the oil
change. I had read about how to check the percentage of oil uses and had
forgotten. At least there was one honest guy at the dealership. When I got home
Cheri and I headed out to get haircuts which we badly needed. It was 11:30 am
when we got done with our haircuts and decided to have lunch at Jersey Mikes
which was right where we were. After lunch we went to the bank for Grandma and
then to Wal-Mart to pick up her medicine. While Cheri was doing that I filled
the car with gas. Later this afternoon I took Cheri over to Beall’s so she
could buy something for her birthday which is tomorrow. I received the call
from the doctor’s office and will have the catheter for two more weeks. I read
my new Handy Man magazine that came today. Cheri fixed us some ham and potatoes
for supper. Being we were busy today it make out day go by faster.
