Gay July-23-17

No walk this morning. Last
night we got a call from Jan Hughes wanting us to take her to the airport early
this morning as she is flying to be with her daughter that was here a week ago.
She is in the emergency room with lose of feeling and falling. She was
scheduled to have back and neck surgery on Aug 4 but now will have it done this
Wednesday. I didn’t think we would be able to make it to church but church was
just ready to start when we walked in. Pastor Randy’s message was a continuation
on “Who is God”. In Sunday school we studied Psalm 136. Charlie taught us lot
of things to better understand it. When we got home Cheri headed to the sewing
room to work on the picture quilt bag. I did a few things to get ready for my
trip Wednesday and then settled in to watch the NASCAR race and after 12 laps
they were in a rain delay. So Cheri took a break and we watched a movie. After
the movie Cheri went back to her sewing room. The race didn’t get over until
9:00 pm because of the rain delay and a lot of wrecks, only half of the cars
were still running at the end. It was also a rainy day off and on all day and received
½ inch.
