Gay July-3-17

We had a 10:00 am
appointment at Grandma’s with the people that does her cleaning and laundry. We
had to sign up for another year, a lot of paper work to sign. Then we went over
to Beall’s. Cheri has showed me the sale paper and thought that I should get
some new sneakers which were on sale. So I now have some new sneakers. Probably
was a good idea as the ones I wear for outside for work are coming apart. Cheri
also found a nice top for her. Then we made a stop at the grocery store to get
a few groceries that Cheri needed to make salad. After lunch Cheri was busy
doing ironing and then working on her quilt project. I made a trip to Lowe’s to
check out the sliding door hardware but they were out of it. I did look at some
slab doors and getting one of them would be cheaper than if I made one. When I
got home I got on the internet checking out different travel insurance sites. I
got signed up for the trip to Mexico and was $84.00 for the ten days with a
$250.00 deductible. After the age of 69 all the policies go up in price. We had
leftovers for supper along with some fresh sweetcorn on the cob. Later in the
evening we made peanut butter with chocolate shakes while watching TV. We also
got some more rain this evening and received just over ¼ inch.
