Gay Nov-23-17

I pray that everyone had a
wonderful Thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for in this country. It
is a long way from where it should be but still is the best place in this shameful
world. At 7:30 am this morning I went shopping at Rural King. They had a work
bench that I wanted and got the last one. I couldn’t believe all the people
that was in the store. I had to wait over half hour in line to check out. Cheri
and Nikki prepared a really good Thanksgiving dinner with turkey and all the trimmings.
There were eight of us for dinner. We had Grandma, Larry & Denise, and Jan
& Sherry here. We had a good time visiting. This evening we got a video
call from Darren. Got to see Wyatt running around, he is a busy boy. At his
other Grandpa and Grandma he has figured out that you need keys to unlock the
door and he was taking the keys over to the door trying to unlock the door.
Darren has been really good about doing video calls so we can see how he has
grown and the new things he has figured out how to do. After the video call I
took Grandma home and then we settled in for an evening of TV. God blessed us
with family and friends to be together this Thanksgiving.
