Gay Dec-31-17

The last day to write
2017. When I think back over the years I wasn’t sure I would live to be this
young as I am as young now as I will ever be. We are looking forward to a
better new year and being closer to God. It was 41 degrees this morning and
didn’t think Grandma would want to go to church but she did. Church and Sunday
school were good and was back home by 12:45 pm. Cheri is under the weather
today, has a bad cough but not a sore throat. The flu is going around and pray
we don’t get it. This afternoon we relaxed in our recliner watching TV and
napping. We got a call from Nikki and said that they were in an accident with the
truck. The roads were Icy and sled through a stop sign into a van. No one got
hurt and the airbags did deploy. Nikki thinks the truck will be totaled. We did
a video call to Brooke to wish her a happy birthday and got to see Wyatt, seen
like there is a change in him each time we see him. Cheri and I went to bed
early but was woke up many time to fireworks that was still going on at 2:00
am. So Happy New Year and we will see you next year.
