Another morning of 43 degrees but warmed to the low 70’s to be a nice day to be out and about. We got a call around 8:30 am this morning from Grandma telling us she didn’t have any heat and was very cold. So I headed right over and she was all covered up with blankets in her recliner and said that the heat went off at midnight. Well the problem turned out to be dead batteries in the thermostat. When I got home Cheri fixed us a breakfast of eggs, hash browns, bacon, and English muffins to go along with our coffee. I did some computer work and Cheri was starting her Tuesday house work when our neighbor came over for a visit. After all of this I still hadn’t shaved and taken my shower so time to get cleaned up for the day. This afternoon I worked on getting the nerf bars (running boards) install on the truck now it is much easier for an old guy like me to get into the truck. I got a call from a lady here in the park that said that she had a water leak by her bathtub. I went to check it out and soft about 2 feet square in the floor and part of the wall where the washing machine is on the other side of the wall. I think the leak is coming from washing machine and will check that out first. I also got a call from Bob needing help power washing tomorrow. I also have some blinds to hang. This evening we got a call from the lady that cleans for Grandma and told us that Grandma told her she was having chest pains. So we jumped in the car and headed over to her place. She had company and was sitting at the table playing dominos. I am not really sure what Grandma told her but she said that she was ok and no chest pains, just a bad sinus cold which we already knew about. So we headed back home to watch a little more TV before calling it a night.
