I didn’t think I was going to have any work today so I spent time out in my work area doing some more cleaning and rearranging. Then I got a call from the lady with the remote keypad for her garage door. She wasn’t going to be home until 1:00 pm so I made sure to be there by 1:00 pm. I got the keypad installed and working. I also installed a new ceiling fan remote control. I had tried to call the lady that I needed to put the new light in for and left a message. So she called me back and I was able to finish my work for her. I had to lower a couple of pictures and then installed a new motion sensor light outside of her patio. The old light didn’t have a switch on it and had to turn in the bulb to get it on. There wasn’t any place to add a switch so the motion sensor light was the answer. I also had to check an attic exhaust fan that she was told in the house inspection that it needed some care. So when I checked it out someone had put a new motor on the fan so everything was ok. I was back home by 5:30 pm and ready for a good hot shower. Cheri took Grandma for her radiation treatment on her nose this morning and also did laundry today. She did find some time to spend in her sewing room. Yesterday I mentioned that I had missed the NASCAR dual races, well I had the wrong date and they were actually on this evening and got to watch them. It turned out to be a much better day than it started out to be. Thank you God for guiding us through the day.
