I put in a bad night and was up a 4:00 am and had been awake long before that. Cheri got up shortly after I did. She was out in the kitchen early putting together a seven layer salad for our Sunday school Linger Longer which is really a pot luck meal we have a couple times a year after the Sunday school lesson. It is a chance to get to know the people that is in our class and new members. Grandma did go to church with us today and I also helped with the offering. After we dropped Grandma off a home I went to see about getting a free haircut for being a veteran at Great Clips. It was around 2:30 pm when we finally got home. I settled in to watch the NASCAR race that I was recording and then the Green Bay Packer football game. Cheri read and napped most of the afternoon. We did watch a couple of shows between the race and football game. We had our usual Sunday evening meal of pizza while watching TV. Thank you God for a blessed day with church friends.
