Gay Aug-18-20

Well as you read this you
can see I have missed several days of posting the blog. I will start with
Aug-14. The day started like any other day with my morning walk. Breakfast and
coffee with Cheri. Then I went work at Donna Perkins installing the bathroom
floor. I came home for lunch and went to wash up for lunch and found that I had
some blood in my urine. I have had this on other times but was more than
normal. After lunch I went to Lowe’s to get base board and quarter round for
the bath room. I wasn’t in the mood do anymore work so I came home to get cleaned
up and found that I had a lot of blood in my urine along with blood clots. So 2:30
pm Cheri took me to the ER. They did a C-Scan and didn’t find anything. So they
put a special catheter in so they could put fluid in to the bladder and drain
it back out to wash the blood out. That continued 24/7 until Sunday evening.
Things started to look better so they stopped the flushing to see what the
urine would look like Monday morning. It was much clearer so I got to come
home. The rest of my day was in the recliner. Cheri went to pick up new meds
for me. She is really taking good care of me. Tuesday I got up around 5:00 am
and was really tired and felt weak. So it was another day in the recliner. This
afternoon heath care came to see me. I guess they will be coming a couple more
time this week to check on me. Being chained to a pee bag makes it hard to do
anything and the way I feel I don’t want to do anything. Thank you God for all
you do for us. Thanks to family and friends praying for us.
