We stopped and drop off the Sunday paper at Grandma’s on our way to church. We went to late church because they were having a variety show at 12:45 pm. After church service we could get a slice of pizza and soda for $2.00 and take it into the church to watch the variety show. It didn’t get started on time because the church service ran late. It was after 1:00 pm before it started and then they had problems with the sound system. Long story short the show was pretty good and nice to see all the children and adults who thought they were kids having fun putting on the show. We didn’t get home until around 3:00 pm. We took care of Grandma and then home so I could watch the NASCAR Race. Cheri worked on her quilt while I watched the race. Then we settled in to watch some of the new fall TV shows.
