Gay March-20-11

Hey! Winter is over and spring has sprung. I think it started a couple of weeks ago here in Florida as the weather here has been great. Grandma didn’t go to church with us this morning as she went with Carol to church here in the Park. After church we usually go out for lunch but today everyone had other plans so we stopped on the way home a picked up a pizza at Papa John’s. We had enough for lunch and supper. At 1:15 pm we picked up Paul and Bev and headed downtown to the Tourist Club to see the Steve Jeffris and Robert Lee Crigger show. We had picked up our tickets a week ago and figured we would be about 45 minutes early and would be able to get good seats, wrong, the place was full when we got there and we had to set in the back. We had seen Steve a few weeks ago when he performed at our park. He once again did a great show. Robert Lee Crigger also did a pretty good show; he is a very good piano player. They did a few numbers together that were very good. It was around 4:30 pm when we got back home. Cheri worked on getting everything ready for her quilt class on Wednesday and I started watching the NASCAR Race I had recorded. At 7:00 pm we went up to Paul and Bev’s to play dominos which the girls won one and us guys won the other one. It was around 11:00 pm before we got home and I still had to finish watching the NASCAR Race. It was near midnight before we hit the hay.
