Gay Dec-13-14

It was still cold this
morning but not as cold as yesterday morning, although today it warmed up
enough to be out this afternoon without a jacket, really seemed nice after all
the cold days. This morning I asked Cheri if she wanted to go out for
breakfast, got a big smile and a yes. We went to Scotland Yards in the
Highlands for breakfast. From there we went to Wal-Mart to pick up Grandma’s
medicine. While we were at Grandma’s I got a call from Larry wanting to know if
we wanted to go to the Big Top Flea Market, of course I said yes. So we headed
home where Larry and Denise picked us up. When we got to the Big Top and just
started to look around Cheri and Denise turned around and said let’s get out of
here and go to the Red Barn Flea Market. So it was back in the truck and headed
to Bradenton which is 60 miles further down the road. Cheri and I where there
about twenty years ago with Grandpa and Grandma, It was the first flea market
we had ever been to and thought it was something out of this world. Well today
I was pretty disappointed; it was OK but nothing special. On the way home we
stopped at Olive Garden for a late lunch and early supper. It was around 4:30 pm
by the time Larry and Denise dropped us off at home. So much for getting any electrical
rerouting work for the storage room, it will have to wait until Monday.
