Gay Feb-17-16

It was 54 degrees this
morning and warmed to the low 70’s which was good because it was motorcycle
ride day. There were five of us for the ride. We rode over to the Harley Dealer
in Orlando. It is a place I don’t ride to very often because it is hard to get
to and the traffic is always bad and today was no exception. We were in stop
and go traffic for about three miles. We spent about an hour
there dreaming about how nice it would be to have a new bike. It was a little
after noon when we left and stopped a couple of blocks up the road at a
McDonalds for lunch. Then we headed north and west on some roads that I hadn’t
been on before. There were a lot of stop and go lights that sometimes is hard
for all of to get through at the same time but today that wasn’t a problem. We
also stopped at the Harley dealer in Lakeland (more dreaming). It was 4:45 pm
when we arrived home. Our ride was 154 miles. Cheri finished the quilt project
she had been working on and was already working on a new project. After supper
we went shopping over to Sam’s Club looking for a 42 cup coffee pot. We volunteered
to buy one for our Sunday school and thought that would be the place to find
one. They did have a 60 cup but no 42 cup pots. We also stopped at Wal-Mart
with no luck there. We did pick up some groceries and a few other things we
need. It was 7:30 pm when we got back home to settle in for an evening of TV.
