Gay June-25-16

This morning we left the
house at 8:30 am to take Jan to the airport. She is going to be spending about
three weeks with her daughter and granddaughter in Pennsylvania. From the
airport we headed to Lumber liquidators in Plant City to pick up the floor trim
that came in yesterday. It was 11:30 am before we got home. We had a sandwich
for lunch. Cheri had some house work that she needed to get done. I went up to
Jan’s place to move the car, repair the storm door lock, move the patio
furniture back on the patio, turn off the water, and turn off the hot water
heater. It was 1:30 pm when I got back home and not feeling like doing any more
work today. But decided I needed to work in the bathroom. I had to move the
sink waste water for the new vanity which met I had to go under the house to
reroute the pipe. I also got the holes cut in the new vanity for the plumbing.
It was too late in the day to turn off the water and put in the new shutoff
valves. So it was time for a shower and to get cleaned up. Cheri was busy in
the kitchen fixing a new recipe of smothered chicken for supper. Cheri didn’t
think it was all that good but I thought it was very good. We also talked to
Darren and Brooke today and baby Wyatt is doing really good. Darren said that
he has already cleaned diapers. Brooke and the baby will be in the hospital for
three or four days. We plan to leave on the 30th to go and spend the
4th of July with them and baby Wyatt. Cheri is very excited about
going, she can’t wait to hold the baby.
