Gay Dec-17-16

Cheri and I left at 8:30
am to take Jan Hughes to the airport in Tampa. She is flying to Maryland to spend
Christmas with her daughter, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. On the way
home we stopped at Publix’s to get groceries. When we got home Cheri was busy
making scalloped potatoes to take to church this afternoon as Cheri and I are
helping our Sunday school class serve a meal for friends and family of Bob
Longworth who passed away this week. I was thinking about going to Harbor
Freight to get a spindle sander to use on the rocking motorcycle I am trying to
make. I did some internet searching and found a better one at Home Depot which
was cheaper and better than what Harbor Freight had, so I placed an order for
one. I told Cheri that it was her Christmas present to me. Cheri got a text
from Jan telling her that her flight was delayed for two hours and then was
canceled. She said that she was to be leaving on another flight at 4:30 pm. Her
original flight was supposed to leave at noon. We left the house at 3:15 pm and
headed to Dade City for the funeral and meal that we were helping with. It was
around 6:15 pm when we finally got home for the evening.
