Gay April-1-18

I pray that everyone had a
happy Easter and not too many April fool’s pranks. Grandma went to church with
us this morning. There wasn’t any early Bible study (Sunday school) classes so
there were more people in church this morning. Although our class did have
Sunday school. We were invited over to Dick and Linda’s for Easter dinner along
with several of our Sunday school class. So after class we followed Jan home so
we pick her up and take her with us. We also stopped at home to pick up the
dish of glazed carrots Cheri made for dinner. We arrived at Dick and Linda’s at
1:00 pm and met several other People that Dick and Linda had invited. There
were 16 of us for dinner. After dinner Dick play several songs on the organ.
Dick and Linda had a pint jar full of jelly beans and everyone had to guess how
many was in the jar. Well Grandma was the winner, her guess was 150 and there
were 153. So Grandma got to take them home. After some great desserts and more
visiting it was time to head for home. We took Grandma home and then Jan. It
was around 5:30 pm when we got home. Later in the evening we got a call from
Nikki wishing us a happy Easter. We had a nice visit with her and telling us
she really likes her new job. We watched a little TV and called it a night. It
was a good day spending time with God and friends.
