Gay April-21-18

Cheri and I left the house
at 7:00 am to go for breakfast at Sunrise Eatery. You can tell that the
snowbirds have gone back north as there weren’t any people waiting to get in
the restaurant. As soon as we got back Cheri headed out to Wal-Mart to get
groceries for Grandma before the store got busy. I went to get some additional
materials for the roof I am working on. I made a pattern that I think will work
and cut them out of the metal I got this morning. I had said that I wasn’t
going to do any work on Saturday. So I quit at noon and decided to see what was
wrong with the power washer and why it wouldn’t start last week. Will I got it
out and on the first pull it started and I let it run for a while and
everything seemed to be ok. I found Cheri in the sewing room making a pillowcase
for Wyatt. She now has two of them made and is working on the last one. We
settled in to watch some of the TV shows we have recorded as we are three and
four episodes behind. While watching TV I got a call from a lady here in the
park saying that it was all wet under her kitchen sink and wanted me to come
and check it out. It turned out to be a connection in the drain had come apart.
It only took a few minutes to fix it and didn’t have the heart to charge her,
so she was very happy. I tried to watch the NASCAR race that was on this
evening but couldn’t stay awake for the whole race. So I will finish watching
it tomorrow. Thank you God for a blessed day.
