It started raining early
this morning and rained most of the day. I checked the gauge and we received
just over an inch. I had planned on going to Lowe’s today to pick up materials
for the cabinet I am going to make for Cheri but with the rain I couldn’t do
that. I did make a plan on how I want to build the cabinet. Cheri worked most
of the day in her sewing room, still working on the dragon fly quilt hanging.
She already has some more projects in mind that she wants to do and had me
order some fabric for her today. At 4:30 pm we met Mike and Pam at their place
and then went to look at a house that they are thinking about buying. If they
get the house they have a few things that they want me to do. After checking
out the house the four of us went to Dade City to have supper at Beef-O-Brady’s.
We had a good visit and was back home around 7:30 pm. We watched a few shows before
calling it a night. Thank you God for a good day.

I left the house at 6:15
am as I had an 8:00 am appointment for a c-scan on my lung to see if there is
any change. I won’t find out the results until next week. I was supposed to be
to be there a half hour before my appointment. Well I got in early and was back
home my 8:00 am and time to have coffee with Cheri. It was time to get back to
work on the bathroom barn door I made a few months ago. Cheri helped me get it
out to my work area so I could get the sanding done on it. Cheri wanted it to
be white washed, something I have never done before. I mixed one part paint to
two parts water. It came out to be the look that Cheri wanted. While the paint
was drying I went and got a new battery for the car. The last few times I
started the car I could tell the battery didn’t have the power it should have.
I got the new battery at Rural King which was much cheaper than other places I checked.
Cheri was busy with her Tuesday house work and also made chicken and dumplings
for supper. It was after 4:00 pm when I got the bathroom door rehung and now is
done. I was ready for the good hot shower as I was really sweaty from working
as it the temp was in the high 80’s and really high humidity. We also got more
rain late this afternoon and evening. I checked the rain gauge and we received another
inch. Thank you God for another wonderful day.

It was already 76 degrees
at 5:00 am and got hotter throughout the day with a couple of showers that didn’t
amount to anything. I hope everyone took time to pray for our veterans who died
fighting for our freedom this Memorial Day. Cheri and I had no plans for today
so we took our time getting around this morning. I watched the rest of the
NASCAR race that I had recorded. It was near 10:00 am before I had my shower
and got cleaned up. I did some computer work, filled the bird feeders, and cleaned
out the truck from the pumping job I did Saturday. The rest of the day was
spent watching some old movies we had recorded. Seem nice to do nothing today.

It was a rainy misty day.
We were supposed to get a lot of rain from the first named storm of the season “Alberto”.
Well here we only got a ½ inch, still it was miserable being out and about.
Grandma was going to church but canceled because of the rain. Church and Sunday
school were both good. This afternoon we played lazy watching movies and
reading, yes there were some napping involved. We had the usual Sunday pizza
for supper and then more TV. The NASCR race came on at 6:00 pm and I did watch
some of it but couldn’t stay awake for the whole race, will watch the rest of
it tomorrow. Thank you God for spending time with us today.

Cheri and I went out for
breakfast at the Sunrise Eatery this morning. I planned on working on the barn
door I build many months ago. It still needed to be sanded and painted. Well
while having breakfast I got a call from a person in our park telling me that
they had a water leak and wanted to know if I could fix it. They had the water
turned off and needed someone today. So after I got home I went and checked it
out. The leak was around an outside water faucet where the pipe came through
the concrete wall. A few days back he replaced the water faucet and I think he tightened
the new faucet too much and cracked the pipe. I had to crawl under the house to
check it out. I had to make a trip to Lowe’s for some additional materials.
While I was replacing the broken pipe it came apart in another place under the
house. Someone had done a really bad repair sometime before. So it took extra
time and materials to fix someone’s mistake. It was noon before I got home. I
was hot and sweaty and ready for a shower to get cleaned up. Needless to say I
was done for the day. Cheri spent the morning working in her sewing room. This
afternoon I napped while Cheri read her novel. I woke up around 2:30 pm and studied
the Sunday school lesson. We did have a few sprinkles this morning while I was
doing the leak repair and then more rain this evening. I checked the gauge and received
only a ¼ inch. Thank you God for a good day.

Not much going on for us
today. I left the house at 6:10 am for breakfast and Bible study in Dade City.
Today we were studying ACTS chapter 21. I was back home a little past 8:00 am.
Cheri already had laundry going and was having her morning coffee. We visited
for a while before I headed off to Lowe’s to get the new shower head for
Grandma’s shower. After I was done with that project I cleaned out the truck
and got it stocked for work next week. After lunch Cheri and I headed to Plant
City. Cheri wanted to check out the quilt shop but could find what she wanted.
We had seen a clip on TV about an antiques shop called the Mercantile so this
was the reason for the trip to Plant City. It was a very nice shop. We also
check out a couple more shops before heading home. When we came out of the last
shop the sky was really black and was starting to rain. We were able to get out
of town before it got bad and here at home we only got a few drops. The rest of
the afternoon and evening was computer work, reading, napping, and watching TV.

Well we had another day
without rain but I think the next several days we have some coming. Cheri was
busy doing the laundry this morning and then working in the sewing room.
Yesterday I said I was working on the bathroom backsplash which was wrong it
was the kitchen backsplash. Anyway I finished it at 10:30 am and they seem to
be really happy with it. Next I stopped at the place with the roof leak. I
worked on this twice before and really couldn’t see any place the water could
get in but did do some more caulking, now it is a wait and see. After lunch
Cheri and I went to Wal-Mart to pick up groceries and medicine for Grandma. She
said her shower head was leaking so I checked that out and it is broken and I
will have to get a new one. Cheri also started the crockpot with baroque ribs
to have for supper. The rest of the afternoon we rested and watched some TV. I
did more napping than watching. After supper it was back to the TV for the
evening. Thank you God for helping us through another day. Here are pictures of the before and after pictures of the project I have been working on the last few days.

I am still working on the
bathroom backsplash project which is taking a lot longer than I thought it
would. Today I got all the grout in and was done with that at 2:00 pm. I have
to go back tomorrow and do some touchup cleaning and caulking around the
counter top and cabinets. I didn’t have the caulking I needed so I made a trip
to Lowe’s this afternoon to get it. I also took the car through the car wash,
not sure why because we have a lot of rain coming in the next week. Although we
didn’t have any rain today, first day in a week that we have been rain free.
Cheri was busy in her sewing room, still working on the dragon fly project. She
also made a cake from a new recipe to take for dessert after a prayer meeting
at Ron and Sandy’s this evening for Michelle Hanson so is going to Mayo clinic
to see about her heart and liver and may have to have a heart and liver
transplant. We met Mike and Pam at Capri Pizza & More for a salad and a
visit before we went to the pray meeting. It was near 9:00 pm when we got home.
We settled in to watch the last episode of Survivor, so it was a late night.
Thank you God for being with us through the prayer meeting.

I was back at work on the
kitchen backsplash project at 8:30 am. I had a good day and everything went
well. By 4:00 pm I had all the tile installed. All that is left to do is the
grouting and reinstalling the electrical outlets. After Cheri got her Tuesday
housework done she went grocery shopping. Later Jean came over for a visit with
Cheri. It was good to be home earlier today to shower and relax before Cheri
fixed us leftovers for supper. We did get another rain shower today and
received another ¼ inch. All of this rain and warm weather sure has greened up
the lawns making everything look really nice. I think this will go done in
history as one of the wettest Mays on record. As usual I had trouble staying
awake to watch TV, so we headed off to bed early and did watch a little TV in
bed. Thank you God for another great
day.

I started a new project
today installing a kitchen backsplash. I started at 8:30 am and was getting things
ready for the install. Wayne told me the tile was in the back of the car and
they were taking the golf cart to visit some friends. Well shortly after they
left I went to get the tile out of the car and it was locked. The only phone
number I had was the house phone, so I left a note and went back home waiting
for a phone call. It was over an hour later before I got a call that they were
home. So I didn’t get as much done today as I thought I would. On the way home
I had to stop at another place to check out a roof leak and can’t do anything
until the roof dries up. It was after 6:00 pm when I got home and was ready for
a hot shower to take away the aches and pains. Cheri had done her Monday house
work and spent the rest of the day in her sewing room working on the dragon fly
project. She also made a new casserole for supper along with Texas toast, corn
on the cob, and watermelon. The rest of the evening was TV and napping before
calling it a day. We got more rain again this afternoon and received another
half inch. Thank you God for blessed day.

We had rain most all day,
it was a good soaking rain and continued through the night. I checked the rain
gauge and we received a little over an inch. Grandma had planned on going to
church with us today but called and said that she didn’t want to go out in the
rain. Pastor Randy’s message was from ACTS 2:41-47 “The People”. Our Sunday
school lesson was “Giving Faithfully” 2 Corinthians 9:1-15. After Sunday school
we went to see Rick and Gloria. Rick is still on the feeding tube and will be
for a while as he has to strengthen the throat muscles so he doesn’t have
pulmonary aspiration. We had a good visit with them and they are making a new
list of things they want us to do for them. It was near 4:00 pm when we got
home. We had our Sunday pizza for supper and tried to watch some TV but both of
us were sleeping in our recliners and decided to call it an early night. Thank
you God for the time we spent with you and Christian friends.

Cheri and I went out for
breakfast this morning at Sunrise Eatery. After breakfast we went over to Lowe’s
to look at building materials as I want to get started on the cabinet that
Cheri wants me to build for the spare bedroom. She was able to pick out the
trim, legs, and wants me to use a door cut down for the sides of the cabinet.
It is going to be an interesting project. Then we went to Ollie’s as Cheri want
to check out the books and I went to Harbor Freight that is next door. It was
near 10:00 am when we got home. I was doing some computer work when I got a
call from the people that I will be doing the kitchen backsplash for. They told
me that they got the tile so I went over to check it out. I made arrangements
to start the install on Monday. I had to make another trip to Lowe’s to pick up
the materials I need for the project. Cheri took the day off to read her novel
until decide I had done enough for the day and wanted to watch some TV shows
that we have recorded. It was a more relaxed day for both us which was good. We
had some of the fresh sweet corn and water melon we got yesterday and was very
good. Later this evening we made butter finger shakes which were really good,
just like the ones we get at DQ. Cheri went to the bedroom to watch the Royal
Wedding and I watched the NASCAR race. Thank you God for a relaxing day.

I was out the door at 6:10
am heading to Dade City for my accountability group Bible study and breakfast.
We studied ACTS 20 this morning. It was after 8:00 am when I got home. Cheri
was busy with laundry and Friday house work and then spent time in her sewing
room. We had some sunshine today making a person feel more like doing
something. I got a call from a resident here in the park wanting to know if I
would do a kitchen backsplash for them. I went over to talk to them about it
and gave them measurement for the tile they will need. I had them come over to
our house to see the backsplash I did here to show them how I would do theirs
and to give them some ideas. Later Cheri and I went to the state park south of
town to get a VA park pass so we can get into the state parks for free. Then we
to Dade City to have lunch at Tina and Joe’s café. Cheri found out that on
Fridays they have fresh lobster rolls along with a crab bisque soup. So each
had a cup of soup and a lobster roll. I must say the soup was some of the best
I have ever had. Cheri being from Maine got her lobster fix and is already planning
on going back again. On the way home we stopped at a farm market and got some
fresh sweet corn and a watermelon. On our drive we made a large collection of
love bugs. They are really bad this spring and glad the season will be over
soon. So I spent some time cleaning the love bugs off the car when we got home.
I did some other miscellanies work outside before calling it a day. We got a
little more rain this evening and received another ¼ inch. Thank you God for
the time spent with you today.

Once again I didn’t have
any work away from home. I was able to spend more time in my work shop cleaning
and rearranging things so it will be easier to have access to tools and
materials. I built a shelf to store all the electrical conduit, water pipe, and
sewer pipe. Washed the windshield on the inside of the truck and car plus
cleaning off the love bugs. Cheri was busy with laundry and Thursday housework.
She also went for a haircut late morning. Later this afternoon I took a nap and
Cheri spent time reading her novel. Around 2:30 pm it started raining and had a
hard rain which lasted into the evening. I check the gauge and received another
two inches. Cheri wanted to go to a new restaurant in Dade City called the
Green Door. On the way to Dade City Cheri called Pam and Mike to see if they
wanted meet us there to have supper. They said that they would meet us there.
The meal was excellent and will keep this place on our list of good places to
eat. On the way home we stopped at Mike and Pam’s to play a game of Hand, Knee,
and Foot that Mike and I won by a very small margin. It has been a long time
since we have had a chance to play cards. Thank you God for another great day.

I left the house at 8:30
am as I was helping Bob & Ida Mae Conover move. They had to out of their
house today. Bob had rented a U-Haul truck for the move. Bob’s son Scott and I
did the loading and also got rid of a bed at the Re-Store and then the box springs
and mattress to the dumpster. Scott had a couple of guys come to help but Scott
and I had it 95 percent loaded when they got there. They weren’t able to get
into the new house today but was able to use the garage to store their stuff.
As long as the extra guys were there I didn’t have to go and help unload the
truck. It was 2:30 pm when I got home. When I came into the house I could smell
fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that Cheri made this afternoon. She also
when shopping this morning and then a visit with Jean and a couple of phone
calls with friends. After I had my shower I sat down in the recliner and slept
for an hour and a half. Cheri fixed us shrimp and dirty rice for supper along
with Chocolate chip cookies. It was pretty cloudy most of the day and did get
some rain this evening, received another ¼ inch. Thank you God for your guiding
us through another day.

It was another day of rain
which we needed. We received just over 2 inches and I think we will get more tomorrow.
Cheri was busy with house work and other projects today. I didn’t have any work
away from home today so I took Grandma for her two doctor appointments which
took most of the day. It was near 2:00 pm when I finally got home. With the
rain today I didn’t feel like going outside to work. So Cheri and I headed for
the recliners to watch TV, reading, and napping. Cheri fixed meatloaf and baked
potatoes for supper and then later in the evening we made ourselves chocolate
shakes. God helped us through another day.

We had nice rain most of
the day and received one inch. With no sun it was a somewhat depressing day,
not feeling like doing anything. We spent extra time with coffee this morning
as I didn’t have any work away from home today. Cheri did her normal Monday
house work and then spent the rest of the day reading her novel. I worked on
the floor in the living room as some of the planking had come loose. I also
went for a haircut this morning. The afternoon was going to be spent watching
some TV shows that we are still behind on watching. Well around noon I got a
call from a guy here in the park that needed a new screen in the screen door. I
waited until the rain stopped before going to look at it. I took the screen
door off and brought it home to replace the screen. It took me a couple of
hours as I had to make a trip to Lowe’s for the cording which I was out of. By
the time I was ready to reinstall the screen door it was raining again so I got
pretty wet getting it back in. It was 4:00 pm when I got home. Thank you God
for blessing us with a relaxing day.

Happy Mother’s Day. Not
much going on today. We along with Grandma went to church this morning and
Sunday school afterwards. We took Grandma out to eat at the new Calver’s restaurant
that just opened a couple of weeks ago. We weren’t impressed as Cheri’s
hamburger was greasy as well as my reuben sandwich. Cheri got flowers from
Darren and Brooke along with a phone call from Darren this afternoon. She also
got a call from Nikki yesterday along with a pretty necklace in the mail. This
morning she got an e-mail from Kari. This afternoon we settled in with TV and
napping. I did finish watching the NASCAR race. Early evening it started to
rain and has been a gentle rain all night and still raining this morning. Thank
you God for time spent with you today.

Cheri headed out shopping
this morning, she had to pick up medicine for Grandma and a few other things at
Wal-Mart. She also went to other stores looking for some clothes and a new
suitcase for our trip to Mexico next month. I was back to work on the bathroom
plumbing. I ended going to Lowe’s to get a faucet rebuild kit. I was surprised
that it needed to be replaced as has only been in for a year or two. If it hadn’t
been for me changing the shower drain I would never have known about the faucet
leak because it was leaking down inside the wall. It was 3:00 pm when I got
done, a one day project turned into three. We had leftover lasagna for supper,
always better the next day. Then an evening of catching up on recorded TV shows.
I watched some of the evening NASCAR race before calling it a night. I will
watch the rest tomorrow. Thank you God for the day you provided us.

I made up for sleeping in
yesterday as I was up at 4:00 am. I had to make visit to the bathroom and
figured I might as well stay up. Cheri was busy getting her Friday work and
laundry done as she was also busy with cooking today. We had invited Charlie
and Jan Rogers over for supper. Charlie is our Sunday school teacher. I went
back to work on my bathroom drain problem. I had a hard time getting the parts
that would fit in the opening I to work in. While doing the work a guy came and
looked at the Bike Barn and bought it so now have more room in my work area. I
had to make an additional trip to Lowe’s for different plumbing parts. I also
made a stop at Wal-Mart to pick up Grandma’s medicine and only got one as the doctor
never sent the prescription to Wal-Mart. After dropping of the medicine at
Grandma’s I had to make one more stop at the grocery store for milk. After all
of this it was lunch time. After lunch it was back to work on the plumbing
project. I got everything fixed and gave it the leak test and found some
dripping coming through the floor. After opening up the floor I could see it
was coming from up inside the wall. Turns out that it was coming from the
shower faucet. It was getting late and had to get cleaned up for our company
that was coming for supper. So tomorrow it will I will be checking out the
faucet leak. We had a good meal and visiting with Charlie and Jan, it gave us a
chance to get to know them better. God is good.

I didn’t have any work
away from home today so I slept in until 6:00 am. Then after getting up I felt
guilty for sleeping in. I really didn’t have any work plans for today. So I did
some work in the shop and then decided to put a new shower drain in our master
bathroom, something I have been wanting to do for some time. Things didn’t go
the way I thought they would and is turning into a bigger job than I thought it
would. Frist of all it wasn’t done correctly when it was new and that is the
reason it never drained right. While working on the drain the drain pipe came
apart in another spot and turned out that it was never glued together. Long
story short I didn’t get it done today and will be working on it tomorrow.
Cheri was busy with her Thursday house work and laundry. She did spend a little
time in the sewing room. Cheri fixed us ribeye steak in the oven like she did a
few week ago, very good, and nice and juicy. It was another evening of TV and
more napping for me. Thank you God for guiding us through another day.

Today I am remembering my
dad as today was his birthday. We had good time’s together hunting and fishing.
Cheri was busy all morning with Grandma taking her for two doctor appointments.
It was after noon when she got home. She also found time to work in her sewing
room. I left the house at 8:00 am to do many miscellanies jobs for Rick and
Gloria. Rick has been fighting cancer for many months and not able to do any
work. I started by cleaning the battery terminals on the riding lawn mower and
putting the charger on it. Checked the water in the batteries in the motor
home. Removed all the old caulking from the shower base and three vanities and
then added new caulking. Repaired the side of one vanity, lazy Susan in the
kitchen, cleaned floor grout in section of bathroom floor, and the garage door
remote. After removing the battery charger from the lawn mower I tried to start
it and no luck on getting it started as it hasn’t been started since October,
well I found out that it would run better if you have gas in the tank. After putting
some gas it stared right up. It was a long day and near 6:00 pm when I got
home. We had leftover bean soup for supper. After my hot shower it was time to
settle in for an evening of TV. Thank you God for a blessed day.

Cheri was busy this morning
getting her Tuesday house work done before taking Grandma for her lab appointment.
Then getting groceries and medicine for Grandma and us. It was after 1:30 pm
when she got home. I didn’t have any work away from home today so was able to
get a bunch of little projects around the house done along with some work in
the shop and getting the truck loaded with what I need for tomorrow. We took
the rest of the afternoon off and watched some TV along with reading and napping.
It felt good to have the afternoon off. Beside it was too hot this afternoon to
be working outside. We had the bean soup that Cheri was planning on having last
night for supper. It was very good. Thank you God for a relaxing afternoon.

It was a busy day for the
Sharps. Cheri made a batch of bean soup with the leftover ham bone in the
crockpot to have for supper and then worked in her sewing room. I left the
house at 8:30 am to go to Ron and Sandy’s to do some electrical work, had to
make a stop at Home Depot to pick up some additional wire that I thought I had.
I added an electrical outlet in the lanai and moved a ceiling fan in the
garage. It was around 3:30 pm when I got home. I was ready for the hot shower
and felt much better afterwards. The bean soup wasn’t ready so we went out to
Country Fresh for supper. We both had a Cuba sandwich. They were so big that we
could only eat half of it, so we know what we will have for lunch tomorrow. It
was another evening of TV and more napping for me. Cheri watched Dancing with
the Stars. Thank you God for guiding us through another day.

God blessed us with a day
to spend time with him, our church, and great friends. Grandma went to church
with us this morning. Pastor Randy’s message was “What Should We Do” from Acts
2:37-41. Our Sunday school lesson was “Displaying the Gospel” from 2
Corinthians 4:5-18. Both were very good. We spent some time at Grandma’s as she
was having trouble with her computer and with God’s help I was able to get it
working again. Later this afternoon we met Mike & Pam and Ron & Sandy
to see the movie “Overboard”. It was very good and funny. After the movie we
all went out for supper at the Village Inn. On the way home we made a stop at
the grocery store for a few things we needed. It was 8:00 pm when we arrived
home. We had rain on and off all day, just checked the rain gauge and only
received ¾ inch. It is so dry here and need more rain.

Cheri and I went for
breakfast at the Sunrise Eatery. We always have the same thing for breakfast. We
split a three egg meat omelet with potatoes, toast, and coffee. When we got
back home Cheri headed for the sewing room and me outside to do more cleaning
in the shop and work area until it got too hot or maybe it was because I didn’t
feel like doing anymore. I also made a trip to Lowe’s to pick up materials for
my Monday project. So by 2:00 pm Cheri and I were both done for the day. We had
a nice relaxing afternoon catching up on TV shows we had recorded. We had skip
lunch because of the large breakfast we had and only had a grilled ham and
cheese sandwich with some chips for supper. Later in the evening we made mint
shakes to have while watching TV.

Sharp's Travels
We had a busy day. Cheri
with laundry this morning and then to the sewing room. I had my 6:30 am Accountability
Group Bible study and breakfast in Dade City. Good study in the book of Acts
Chapter 18. I filled the car with gas on the way home. Then went outside and
worked the shop area again and made a couple more changes, still have more to
do. Late morning I got a call from Ron and went over to his place to check out
some electrical work he wants me to do. It was noon when I got home. This afternoon
Cheri and I headed over to Dunedin so Cheri could shop at Rainbow Ends quilt
shop. It is the largest quilt shop around they had a big sale going on and she
wanted to go. On the way home we stopped in Wesley Chapel at the new Mellow
Mushroom pizza place. When we use to travel we would stop eat at them, now we
have one here that we can go to. It was 8:00 pm and 120 miles later when we got
home. Thank you God for the safe travels.

Cheri was busy this
morning doing the Thursday laundry, working in her sewing room, and a visit
with Jean our next door neighbor. I had a good morning as I got to stay home
and work outside in my shop area cleaning up, rearranging my lumber, cabinets, and
still have much more to do. This afternoon we went to see church friends Rick
and Gloria. They have been absent from church as Rick as went through a serious
surgery and is now home recuperating. He is not able to doing any kind of work
so they have a list of odd jobs they want me to do. So I got the list this
afternoon and will start on it next week. On the way home we stopped at the
licensing in the court house to renew the plates on the car, truck, Grandma’s
trailer, and get copies of our house title. It was supper time when we got home
so Cheri fixed the leftover ham along with a baked potato and ham gravy. We
made ice cream mint shakes to have while watching TV. Thank you God for the day
you blessed us with.

Cheri started a ham in the
crock pot this morning to have for supper this evening and then spent most of
the day in her sewing room. I finished up the bathroom project which only took
an hour. I was going to take finished pictures but forgot. I will go back to
see if I can take them. I took the shower doors to the salvage yard and fill
the truck with gas on the way home. I also made a stop at Harbor Freight to
pick up some small wheels for a gate project that I have to do. So later this
afternoon I got one of the wheel attached to the gate so it now opens much
easier without dragging. After that was done I reorganized and got the truck
ready for my next project that I will be checking out tomorrow. This evening we
were invited next door to play cards with Mike and Kathy. We had a good visit
and play Skip-Bo which we haven’t played for over year. Thank you God for guiding
us through another day.

Ok where did April go,
hard to believe it is May already. Cheri and I both had a good day. Cheri did
her Tuesday house work and then worked in her sewing room, she was able to
complete another dragon fly. For me it was back to my bathroom project here in
the park. I worked until 5:00 pm and now all that is left is to get a piece of
base board and tighten a handle on the other shower faucet which I tighten once
before. I am going to use some lock tight this time and think that should take
care of the problem. We had leftovers for supper and then an evening of TV
watching Dancing with the Stars that we didn’t get to watch last night. Thank
you God for blessing us with a beautiful day.

I started a new project
today. So it was demo day removing a medicine cabinet, vanity, shower doors. I
got the opening where the medicine cabinet was framed in and sheet rock on,
also managed to get a couple coats of plaster done. I got the new vanity set in
place and the water line and waste pipe up into the new vanity. Yes, I did my daily trip to Lowe's to get plumbing materials. I started at
9:00 am and didn’t quit until 5:00 pm. Cheri was busy fixing supper when I got
home but had time to take a shower. Cheri fixed us fried bread dough, meat
loaf, and corn for supper. We had some cake for dessert while watching TV.
Cheri spent all day in her sewing room working on the “Dance of the Dragonflies”.
She has one almost done and has four more to make. Thank you God for a
productive day.
