Cheri was busy this morning doing the Thursday laundry, working in her sewing room, and a visit with Jean our next door neighbor. I had a good morning as I got to stay home and work outside in my shop area cleaning up, rearranging my lumber, cabinets, and still have much more to do. This afternoon we went to see church friends Rick and Gloria. They have been absent from church as Rick as went through a serious surgery and is now home recuperating. He is not able to doing any kind of work so they have a list of odd jobs they want me to do. So I got the list this afternoon and will start on it next week. On the way home we stopped at the licensing in the court house to renew the plates on the car, truck, Grandma’s trailer, and get copies of our house title. It was supper time when we got home so Cheri fixed the leftover ham along with a baked potato and ham gravy. We made ice cream mint shakes to have while watching TV. Thank you God for the day you blessed us with.
