It was a cold 41 degrees this morning with a stiff breeze and a high of 54 degrees. Cheri said that she put in a bad night and really tired this morning. So I took her out to Sunrise Eatery for breakfast as I didn’t have to be anywhere for work today. I was going to work outside in my shop area but was too cold with the wind. I decided to take the truck in for an oil change. I got there around 9:30 am and was told that it would be a two hour wait as it is a first come first serve. They said that they could give me a ride home and then come and get me when it was done, said that it would be done at 2:00 pm. Well at 3:00 pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called them and they said they were working on now. Well it was near 4:00 pm when they came and picked me up, not a happy camper. Cheri did her usual Tuesday house work and I did some computer work. Because of the big breakfast we skipped lunch. Cheri fixed us Ruben sandwiches with the leftover corn beef. It was a normal evening watching TV shows we had recorded. Thank you God for a blessed day.
