I was back to work at 9:00 am on the vanity project. Things went well and was done by 12:00 pm. They didn’t want to put down new flooring at this time. It really bothered me that you could see the old flooring that the new vanity didn’t cover. So I took it on myself to go to Lowe’s to see if I could find some kind of trim that would cover the old flooring and still make the vanity look good. After searching through all the different trims I found a couple that I thought would work. I had to run one piece of trim through the table saw as it was too tall to fit under the vanity door. Long story short it is done and looks really nice and the owners are very happy. It was 3:00 pm when I finally got home for the day. Cheri had a busy day with taking Grandma for her doctor’s appointment. Disappointed that Grandma hasn’t been telling us about the problems she has been having. Cheri spent the afternoon with Denise helping her with a quilting project that she is working on. It was 4:30 pm when she got home. So we went out to Culver’s for supper and had our usual kid’s meal. We were back home by 5:30 pm settling in for an evening of TV. The temp was already down to 48 degrees when we went to bed, supposed to get down in the 30’s tonight. Thank you God for a blessed day.
