Cheri got the laundry started this morning and then went to be with Grandma as she was still in the ICU. I had a job over in Tampa Bay country that I had to get done today. I was home by 3:00 pm. I got cleaned up and went to be with Grandma and Cheri. Grandma was having a really bad day and was in a lot of pain. The ICU closes from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. So at 6:00 pm we stopped to see Steve our church friend who had gallbladder surgery today. He was doing well and should be released to go home tomorrow. We went to Calver’s for supper and while there the nurse called and said that we should come back to the hospital because Grandma was very restless and not doing well. So after we eat we headed back to the hospital. They gave her a mild sanative to settle her down. After an hour or more she settled down and seemed to be resting. Not seeing any change Cheri and I went home. The nurse said that he would call if anything change so we went home to get some rest. About an hour later we got a call to come back. With a heavy heart I am here to tell you she pasted at 10:42 pm about ten minutes before we got there. She is now with God, no more pain, and able to hear the music. Thank you God for everything you do for us and taking Grandma home.
