Gay Oct-27-19

Normally
I start out the morning letting you know if Grandma was going to church with
us, but today I can say she is already with Jesus and able to hear him and hear
the music. I wasn’t sure if we were going to church but realized that is the
place we needed to be with God and church friends. Pastor Randy’s message was “A
Faith That has been tested” from 1 Peter 1:5-7. Our Sunday school lesson was “Walking
Differently” from Ephesians 4:17-32. We believers are to live a life that is
different from those who reject Christ. This afternoon we had a meeting at the funeral
home. Grandma will be cremated and will be buried back in Wisconsin. On the way
home we stopped by Grandma’s and picked up a few things along with old photo
albums. When we got home I felt like we were in some kind of daze. We made a
few phone calls to family members, looked at the old photo albums, watched the
NASCAR race, and some of the Packer football game. Thank you God for a blessed
day with you and church friends.
