What a beautiful day for January. The temp in the low 80’s with lots of sunshine but was a little on the humid side which I will take over the cold weather. I think Pastor Randy’s message titled “Our Foundation” from 1 Peter 2:4-10 was the best message I have heard him give. Our Sunday school lesson titled “God Expects” was from Numbers 32:20-32. God expects His people to keep their promises and commitments. Once again I helped clean up the coffee pots and the kitchen getting it ready for next Sunday. Several of us discussed what we were going to do with the Sunday school buffet. Cheri planned on going to the Sunday school building to work on sanding and painting tomorrow. When we got home we decided it would be better if we had the buffet here to work on. So I unloaded the truck and we went back to Dade City to pick it up and bring it home. After we got the buffet unloaded we decided to take ride to Colt Creek State Park which is about fifteen miles from here. We thought it would be a good shake down trip for our new camper. It has a very nice camping area with water and electric hook ups and a dump station nearby. When we got home we settled in to watch a movie which I napped through. We had our normal Sunday evening meal of pizza. Then it was time to settle in to watch the Green Bay Packers playoff game. They did win but wasn’t an easy win.  Thank you God for wonderful day with you and Christian friends.
