It was a cold 37 degrees this morning with a stiff breeze and never got out of the 50’s. We had a good turnout for our Tuesday morning Bible study and breakfast. There were thirteen of us as more snow birds have returned from the North Country. We finished John chapter thirteen and the first part of chapter fourteen. Cheri left at 9:45 am to have a gathering with Sunday school ladies. I went to work on removing the old dishwasher that had to be retired as it didn’t want to work anymore. Then install the new one that Jan and Patty gave us. I had to make some changes to the electrical as the old one was hard wired and the new one needed and outlet. I also had to modify the side of the cabinet for the water and drain. In the middle of the project I got a call from Ron Sharp and said that they had a power outage last night and didn’t have any power to the garage. He reset the main breaker to the garage but still didn’t have power to the outlets. He said that he reset the ground fault breakers but still didn’t have any power. So I took a break from the dishwasher project and went to see if I could fix the problem. It turned out to be the ground fault breakers needed to be reset. Ron didn’t push the reset buttons in far enough for them to reset. When I got home I had a sandwich for lunch and took time to get the ham in the oven and crockpot which I am taking for our Men’s Night Out this evening. Cheri got home around 1:30 pm. She did help me with the dishwasher and then went to her sewing room. It was near 4:00 pm when I got done with the dishwasher. Cheri helped me get the ham cutting and ready to take for this evening. There were nineteen of us for Men’s Night Out. We had a good meal and spent the rest of the time of how we could do more for out church and additional project in our Sunday school building. It was near 9:00 pm when I arrived home. Thank you God for a blessed day.

Dishwasher project in progress.
