I headed outside at 7:30 am to get the truck loaded with the table saw and other materials I needed for the day. I was back at work over in Tampa Bay country for Jan and Patty. Today I worked on installing the bathroom vanity. I installed a backer panel on the wall to hide the exposed plumbing as the new vanity had an open back. I had to cut two filler pieces for the each end of the vanity. It also took a while to get the vanity leveled up as the floor wasn’t level. There wasn’t any tile under the old vanity and when the new tile was install I thought the floor would be level, but that wasn’t the case. After that was done I reinstalled the transition strips in the bathroom door and closet doors as the tile guy didn’t do it. I was done a little earlier today and felt good that everything went well. I also loaded their old microwave and took it with me and dropped it off at Larry and Denise’s as their microwave at a broken door handle. It was near 5:00 pm when I got home. I sat down and talked with Cheri about my and her day. Then it was time for me to get cleaned up. Cheri had done her normal Monday house work and then worked in her sewing room. She had supper going when I got home fixing brats a new way by baking them in the oven. They were really good and also had homemade potato salad. For dessert Cheri made a blueberry cobbler. She really does take care of me. This evening was a normal evening of TV. When we went to bed Cheri gave me a much needed back massage. Thank you God for a blessed day.
