We got an e-mail from Larry and Denise wanting to know if we wanted to go with them to Largo to see the Florida Botanical Gardens. We couldn’t pass up something that nice and to do with good friends. We were also going to the Heritage Village but we found out when we got there it isn’t open on Mondays and Tuesdays. So that will be something for another time. After a few hours there we headed to Lakeland to have a late lunch and an early dinner at Ling’s Chinese restaurant. We got home around 5:00 pm. It was nice to have another free day from work. Our next door neighbor Jean came over with some Christmas candy that she made for us. We had a nice visit with her before settling in for an evening of TV. The warm weather is back and it was a perfect day to be out and about. I have uploaded pictures form our visit to Florida Botanical Gardens.
