Gay Dec-9-15

We got an early start to
the day as Cheri and I both were up early as we put in a bad night. We were
over to Larry and Denise’s by 9:00 am to help them with a couple of projects.
Me to help Larry mix and pour cement and Cheri to help Denise with a quilting
project. Larry and I headed to Lowe’s to get 20 bags of Quikrete mix. We also
picked up my wheel barrow to mix it in. Larry is in the process of extending his
shed and putting in an overhead door so he can garage the motorcycles. I did
all the mixing and Larry did the pouring and leveling. Things went well and
were done by noon. After lunch we took back four bags and my wheel barrow. When
we got back the concrete was ready to be troweled. Cheri and Denise were busy
working on a hand stitching project which Denise has had for some time and wasn’t
sure how to do the stitching. When we got home I cleaned up my mess in the
sunroom from my cabinet building. I also put up the cork board on the back of
the cabinet doors in the office area that way we can tack things on it and it
is out of site. Cheri worked on the Christmas letter. At 4:00 pm we were both
done for the day.
