Gay July-14-16

I went out early this
morning to cut the seed pods out of the neighbors palm trees. I wanted to get
it done before it got too hot. Cheri was busy with her Thursday laundry and
working in her sewing room. She had bought a large S to set on the kitchen
cabinets and had it down today and added some color to it. I was working on
installing the pencil tiles when our neighbor (Jean) came over with her vacuum
cleaner. She said that it was making a terrible noise and wanted me to check
it out. So while the pencil tiles were drying I took it apart and found a
broken fan which is the part that makes the vacuum. I check on the internet and
can’t get just the fan, have to buy the whole motor assembly at a cost of 78
dollars which more than the vacuum is worth. I showed Jean the broken part and
told her I would try an epoxy the old one back together. This afternoon I
grouted the bathroom tile. This is the first time I have used sanded grout and
is much harder to work with and with it being black I had a pretty big mess to
clean up with Cheri’s help. Cheri also made me my birthday cherry pie that our
daughter Nikki told her she had to make for me. I guess my birthday has lasted
for a month. We got our usual evening lightning and thunder and no rain.
